Continuity mistake: When Evinrude takes Bernard and Bianca to Medusa's hideout, in the small leaf-boat, Bernard tells Evenrude to wait at the edge of the land and then him and Bianca walk away from the water, past grass and reeds. Then when it cuts and Medusa flies overhead on her motorboat, Evinrude and his leaf-boat, and the grass/reeds that Bernard and Bianca passed, have all disappeared from the edge of the land. Continuity mistake: When Medusa is sitting down, after the gators catch Penny, her staff lays on her lap, and when she cries "You force them to like you...", the staff rod turns red for a shot - the same colour as her dress. The staff rod also differs throughout the film from being black to brown. This can be seen when Medusa hits Snoops and one of her pet gators with it. (00:43:40)

Continuity mistake: The headlight that is attached to the left side of the windshield frame on Medusa's motorboat, jumps to being on the right side of the frame for a shot, after the female mouse says she'd like to hit Medusa with her rolling pin. (00:37:20)

Continuity mistake: When Bernard and Bianca go to the orphanage, they rummage through a box labelled "Penny", then Rufus finds them and they talk. As Bianca and Bernard climb from out of the box, as Bernard stands on the cardboard flap, his hands are empty. It cuts and now the lantern has appeared in his hand. (00:14:55)

Continuity mistake: The message from the bottle, written by Penny, has a couple of mistakes. When it falls from the bottle the writing is several inches from the top of the paper and part of the letter says "New York." When it cuts, the writing on the letter starts right near the top of the paper, and it now reads "New Yorc." Also between different shots, the writing on the note changes from being written in cursive to printed. (00:08:45)

Continuity mistake: The two alligators catch Penny and bring her back to the house. They approach Snoops, scaring him. One of the alligators still has the Penny's Teddy Bear in it's mouth. In the next shot, Penny is holding her Teddy. (00:40:50)

Revealing mistake: When old Peter recalls going to Wendy's nursery when he was younger, there is a scene of him trying to catch his shadow from the wall. Yet you can see his real shadow, cast on the mantle and wall to his right. (01:33:25)

Visible crew/equipment: After one Lost Boy fires an arrow at Peter's butt, you can see a thin piece of fishing wire that hangs past the bow and in front of the Lost Boy, either used to launch or control the arrow. (00:53:40)

Continuity mistake: When Peter is shot with the arrows, he has big patches of red, blue, yellow and green goop on his shirt. The patches are all big and touch each other, yet when Peter runs from the sniffing flowers, the stains are all smaller. (00:53:10 - 00:53:45)

Visible crew/equipment: When the pirates try to get Peters shoes, after he first arrives at Neverland, Tinkerbell starts fighting them. In one shot a pirate gets hit by a very large saucepan, and falls back-first off a balcony. The very long wire is very visible. It's really long and goes all the way from attached to his back, to offscreen. (00:36:00)

Continuity mistake: When the window opens and the children are kidnapped, the tent gets blown over. Yet later when Peter re-enters the room and pours a drink, the tent is back up. (00:22:25 - 00:29:40)

Continuity mistake: When Tinkerbell first arrives at Peter's home, she walks through ink and then walks on Peter's shirt, making little footprints. She only walks halfway up his shirt, yet when Peter gets up you can see little footprints leading all the way up to his collar. (00:30:35 - 00:31:30)

Continuity mistake: When Peter Pan starts fighting Hook's pirates on the ships deck, he pushes the second pirate who attacks him into two barrells. Where the pirate is pushed, there are two barrells (which he flies into), a large wooden crate, and another large wooden crate with a barrell laying on it. Then when it cuts, there's now THREE small crates instead of the one large one, and there's now TWO barrells on top of the other crate! (01:44:50)

Continuity mistake: When Hook is giving Maggie and Jack lessons about why their parents hate them, on Jacks desk there is a large brown book and a piece of paper. There is an inkwell too which between different shots constantly goes from being on the brown book to the paper, then back etc. (01:06:30 - 01:07:05)

Continuity mistake: When Hook gets his gun to attempt suicide, Smee runs to the model Neverland, and his sleeves are rolled all the way up his arms, yet when it cuts and he grabs the small boat from the water, his sleeves are rolled down to his wrists. (00:59:45)
