Aliens (1986)

Continuity mistake: Just before the marines are extracted, Hicks tries to close the APC door. An alien stops the door and tries to get inside. Hicks picks up his shotgun and jams the muzzle into the alien's mouth and fires, killing the alien. The alien falls away, they immediately close the door and the APC begins to back up. The camera shot changes to an outside view of the APC. If you look at the area as the APC backs up, you'll see falling debris but no dead alien. It's doubtful the marines would've pulled it into the APC as we don't see it again, or that they would've kicked the corpse out really far due to the acid.

Alien (1979)

Factual error: When the crew shoots Kane's body out into space, the door opens up and "explosive decompression" causes Kane's body to fly out into space. At the beginning, the body slowly rotates. Then as it moves further away, the body begins flipping much faster. The reason something would increase speed in rotation like that is due to aerodynamics. An object traveling through space would simply keep the same rotational velocity it begins with since there is no air or other influences (gravity, etc.). The explosive decompression may cause it to increase rotation speed, but by the time it begins to flip, any air would have dissipated into space and not work as a column of air/wind to force the body into a flip.

Sweeney Todd (2007)

Continuity mistake: Just after Lovett finishes singing "Wait", Anthony comes running up the stairs and Sweeney hides behind the door holding the razor in his right hand. Anthony turns to Sweeney to speak, and Sweeney places his right hand on Anthony's back and guides him toward the window. You get a glimpse of the closed razor. The camera instantly changes to looking at Anthony's back, and Sweeney's hand is empty and fingers are spread out. When the camera angle changes again and Sweeney sits Anthony down, you get a quick glimpse of the razor in Sweeney's right hand. (01:13:00)

Revealing mistake: During the banquet scene, Robin slams the heavy carcass of a wild pig onto the table in front of Prince John. But throughout the fight, when the Sheriff and John are hiding, the carcass of the pig is being moved with the slightest movement as if it's hollow. A real wild pig of that size would not be moved so easily.
