Continuity mistake: After the chief stops his mother telling scary stories, pictures drop behind the kids. The one to the left of the one of Maui has three creatures with spiky heads. After the chief is knocked over we see those pictures again, and the one of three creatures has been replaced by one of an island with a cloud above it.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016)
Continuity mistake: When Galen and Krennic are talking at the farm, in some shots the wind is very strong, judging by Krennic's cape and Galen's hair. In others there's virtually no wind at all. This changes immediately between shots, there's no time for the wind to swell or fade. (00:03:30)

London Has Fallen (2016)
Plot hole: After an assault on the scale that's been witnessed, covering a wide area of London by extremely well prepared attackers, there's no way Marine 1 would fly to the airport at low altitude within easy range of missiles, and then when attacked, double back over the areas that have already been attacked where hostiles would still be present. London Has Fallen (2016)
Factual error: When they spot the guy with the missile from the helicopter, the pilot says "we're being pinged", and Banning says "stingers." Stinger missiles are infra-red seeking, passively tracking the heat of a target, so there's no way to know if you're being tracked by one or not. As a highly-trained secret service agent, he'd know that. (00:36:50)

Continuity mistake: When time freezes, we see the Hatter's family freeze in the ant farm. When time is mended, he holds the farm close, and his family should have unfrozen at the top of the sand, but they aren't there.
Suggested correction: You might have to look closely, but they are there.

Tango & Cash (1989)
Question: At the start, why does Tango empty his gun (of unused cartridges) and reload with different bullets before shooting the tanker? Unless I missed something, it's never explained.
Answer: He was doing a combat reload, where you eject all the rounds, spent or not and fill the revolver with new ones. It guarantees six shots, rather than relying on "indexing" where you count every round fired.
That doesn't make any sense since he hadn't fired a single round and the gun was fully loaded.
It's hard to tell, but it does look like there were at least some empty shells that land on the ground. A revolver isn't going to eject spent shells, so there's no way to say it was fully loaded.
Answer: It's not specified, but I would suspect that he changed from a .38 Special to a .357 round or something. You can shoot a .38 Special out of a .357 Magnum gun and maybe for the movie they wanted to add a shot of him doing a reload to a higher power cartridge for the effect. Why anyone with a .357 Magnum gun would routinely carry a .38 Special round is beyond me.
It is common to carry .38 special rounds in a .357 carry revolver to reduce the risk of over penetration and target reacquisition. In a nutshell, .38 is a self defense round while .357 is a hunting or combat round.

The Flash (2014)
Revealing mistake: The sequence at the start showing a "normal" day shows a coffee shop with the Flash supposedly running out with two coffee cups. When we see his day now without super speed, the shot of the coffee shop is just a continuation of the previous one, with the same guy walking through the door. In fact if you go back and look closely at the first shot, you can just see the edge of Barry, hidden behind another customer.
