Continuity mistake: After Eve kills Raymond, Villanelle tells her to take her shirt off. In a shot from behind, Villanelle puts her hand around Eve's back. Then it cuts to a shot beside them both, and both hands are in front of Eve.

Continuity mistake: When CeCe looks at the contract, she has it flat in front of her when she says, "he's really screwing you." But in the reverse angle, she's got it raised off the table.

Continuity mistake: When Jess thinks Sam's about to propose, he sticks his hands in his pockets, then stays quite still in a closeup where it doesn't look like he's moving his hands at all, then in a cut to a wider angle both of his hands are by his sides.

Continuity mistake: As Mal approaches the desk, saying "we got a couple of DOAs" he puts his left hand directly on the corner. Cut to a shot from behind and his hand's moved about a foot.

Continuity mistake: When talking on the roof at the start, the guy in green has his hands in his apron pockets when being told the security cameras are off. Cut to a wider shot and his arms are folded instead.

Continuity mistake: The guy at the door says "I purchased a ton of crap at that place" and the door is partially open next to him. It cuts to a barely different angle as he says "come on in" and the door is instantly wide open. (00:25:25)

Continuity mistake: At the start when Flash is struck by the accidental lightning, he rolls on the ground and gets mud on his back. When he stands up, and we see his back in a reverse shot, there's no mud.

Continuity mistake: The squiggle that Lucifer draws over "Become God" on his checklist changes between shots.

Expire Erect - S4-E5

Continuity mistake: Near the end, as Dan says "this is all on me", in a shot from behind her Maze is spinning her knife then stops, gripping it pointing downwards in her fist. Cut to a new angle and her hand is instantly turned over, with the knife sticking out sideways.

Continuity mistake: The instructions Evelyn is given had two copies created for the film - the handwriting and circling of the numbers change between shots when she's reading them in the IRS office. Notably the first time we see the instructions it says "don't forget to breath" at the bottom, then later that's changed to "breathe" as it should be. Although interestingly that change is the only one on that version of the notes, implying someone caught the grammatical error during filming and added the "E."

Hired Guns - S1-E10

Continuity mistake: As Denny walks out of his office after shooting the assailant, Sally moves to the doorway, hands by her sides. Shot cuts to further away and her hand is suddenly up by her mouth. (00:32:40)

Continuity mistake: The snacks Thor deposits on the table by Jane's bed change and move in following shots - in one shot the table is nearly empty.

Funeral for a Friend - S8-E14

Continuity mistake: When Iris is showing Frost's mother the obituary, in a shot facing the mother she's holding the folder open, then after she says "it feels cold", the shot changes to behind her and the folder is instantly shut.

Continuity mistake: Near the start when Bond and Moneypenny are talking about gold, she throws his hat at the hatstand. The top of the hat is facing left as it flies offscreen, but when the shot cuts to it landing it's turned itself around so it can catch properly on the hook. Plus it lands on the hook furthest from the door, but when Bond leaves he picks it up from a closer hook.

Season 1 generally

Continuity mistake: The first season follows multiple separate points in time, which only becomes clear at the end of the season. All well and good, given that Geralt and Yennefer don't age like normal humans, so can look the same throughout. Jaskier, however, is a regular human, but doesn't age at all over the 25-ish years the season covers.

Blindsided - S3-E4

Continuity mistake: As Marcy says "the more public, the more you're protected", her hands are flat on Foggy's chest. Cut to a shot from the side and her hands are clasped in front of her by his stomach.

Continuity mistake: On the rooftop while shooting at the Russians, John dives through a skylight. In a side shot he's falling back first, then he lands on his front.

Continuity mistake: After Silas is killed, in the wide shot Cyborg is standing mostly upright in front of Flash. Cut to a closer shot and he's bent over. (02:51:45)
