Continuity: Tinker Bell constructs a boat that has a paddle wheel made out of playing cards that are folded in the middle and attached to each other with paper clips. After she crashes the boat, the cards come loose and, as she falls, her head pierces one of the cards. The card no longer has a crease in it.

Continuity: When Clank and Bobble enter Tinker Bell's workshop, she quickly tries to hide the broken pieces of the moonstone by brushing them into a small pouch. A few small pieces remain on the table. After Clank and Bobble leave, there are more pieces on the table and they are much larger.
Continuity: Near the end of the movie, there is a large procession of fairies accompanying Tinker Bell, who is carrying the Fall Scepter. The wings of the second row of fairies disappear in one scene.
