Continuity mistake: When everybody goes into Branch's bunker the King is wearing clothes. A few seconds later during hug time he only has on underwear.

Other mistake: DJ is never seen getting taken by Chef in any shot during the attack, and it's proven to be unsafe to follow a Bergen as she could've been spotted or eaten. But she's visible in Chef's pouch and the cage.
Continuity mistake: During the "can't stop the feeling" song, the twin trolls both turn around to the right. Since their hair is joined at the top, it should have twisted, but in the next shot there is no twist.
Trivia: Revealed in behind-the-scenes info, Chef was originally going to have a song called "Bringing Back Happy," explaining to the Trolls about her depressing years of unsuccessful hunts for them and how she would "bring back happy" by cooking them. However, this idea had to be scrapped due to timing issues.
Branch: You don't get sarcasm, do you?
Cooper: I think I had a sarcasm once.
King Peppy: No Troll left behind.
King Gristle: And what might your name be?
Bridget: Uhh...
Biggie: Lady!
Guy Diamond: Glitter!
Smidge: Sparkles!
Branch: Seriously?
Bridget: Lady Glitter Sparkles Seriously.
