Continuity: When The Terminator's stolen police car is shown up close in the parking structure, the motto on the left side of it reads "to care and to protect." After the car crashes, you can see the motto on the left side again, but this time it reads "Dedicated to serve."

Deliberate "mistake": At the elephant graveyard, little Simba claws Shenzi in the face. When Mufasa saves Simba from the hyenas, the cuts are gone, a few seconds later. [This was done intentionally, I'm sure, for two reasons. The first being, Disney doesn't let fresh scars linger on the screen too long. Secondly, during that same scene when Mufasa rescues Simba & Nala, he claws Banzai in the rear. To stress the point later in the movie, that severe scar is shown too, but only briefly, it too disappears because of reason 1. Still a "mistake", but there's why.]

Continuity: Jack and Carl are in Carl's stateroom. Carl opens the crate of whiskey, takes out a bottle and puts it down. The bottle then turns itself around so the label's sometimes visible, sometimes not.

Visible crew/equipment: When Gort picks up Patricia Neal next to the flying saucer, you can see cables leading down to her body to keep her hoisted.

Continuity: When Father Karras sprinkles holy water on Regan, they forgot to paint her ear lobes and it looks terrible.
