In the school canteen scene when Sean is talking to Twinkie for the first time, the food on Sean's chopsticks and the position of them alternates from being in his mouth to back out or on the table between shots, even though Sean is visible in each shot. Also if you watch his drink he takes a sip and puts the glass down, but in the next shot a second later he is drinking from it again.

In a scene near the end, Joe arrives at the warehouse and tells everyone that Orange is the informer. We frequently see Orange on the floor, however the blood patch he is lying in changes from wet to dried to very wet to larger and smaller and back and forth. Also sometimes there are bullet casings around him or the magazine he dropped depending on the shot.

There is no airport anywhere in the world with a manhole cover in the middle of a runway.

When Carla and Elliot are talking at the nurses' station, Carla's stethoscope moves from the right to the left of her name tag between shots.

Similarly, when he uses the forklift to pick up the car a few shots later, we see inside the car and there is only a badly constructed dummy-type object in the back seat, and no real people. Even if they had bent down, they should still be visible.

When Chandler says his boss is getting him a new lamp in his cubicle, his arm is over the back of the chair, in the immediate next shot it is moved and then back again.

When Lindsey takes off her shoes and starts running to Ben, the shoes she took off are gone from the field in the following shots.

After riding down the escalator on their way to Harry's hearing, when Arthur Weasley tries to pass the turnstile, Harry's right hand reaches for the transit pass in his left jacket pocket in the side shot. Then he reaches once again in the front shot, before it cuts back to the side shot as he's still reaching for it. Also, note the man with the newspaper under his arm that passes the turnstile only to be back in line, between these shots.

When Chocolate Mousse throws the anchor with the rope attached into the air, if you watch the ground when they run away, you can see that there's suddenly a lot more rope there, revealing that it was filmed in two takes and the anchor wasn't really thrown directly above their heads.
