Pokemon: the First Movie

Trivia: The "fighting is wrong" moral ending exists only in the American version. In the original Japanese, the ending was that Mewtwo accepted it could be a proper Pokemen in spite of having been brought to life by humans, because Ash (Satoshi in the original Japanese) is still a proper human in spite of just having been brought (back) to life by the other pokemon.

Trivia: In Japan, the main character (Ash) is known as Satoshi, while his main rival (Gary) is known as Shigeru. These Japanese names were taken from two game designers :- Satoshi Tajiri (original creator of Pokemon) and Shigeru Miyamoto (one of the head game designers at Nintendo Co. Ltd) who are in reality good friends, for it was Miyamoto who pushed Tajiri's ideas to Nintendo CEOs and got the Pokemon game franchise started.

Character mistake: One of the other trainers said he rode over on a Pidgeotto, but it was a Pidgeot. (00:40:07)
