Continuity mistake: Whilst watching the Horsemen's YouTube video in the back of the truck, in the shot of Henley saying "Remember the name Jack Wilder when you see us live. 5 Pointz, Queens, seven o'clock," Dylan can be seen in the corner of the frame, with his hand away from his face. The shot then cuts to focus on Dylan and Cowan, and Dylan's right hand is suddenly over his mouth. (01:31:12)

Continuity mistake: When Merritt talks about a proud tradition in the FBI of men wearing dresses, Dylan is shown sitting down, placing his left hand on the file and his right hand on the desk. The shot then cuts to Merritt saying "No shame" to Agent Fuller, and suddenly Dylan's right hand is placed on the top right hand side of the file. (00:27:45)

Continuity mistake: Dylan is reading Merritt's file and says to Merritt "Says here you are a mentalist. So what exactly is mentalism?" When Dylan finishes saying "Says here you are a mentalist", the shot cuts to Merritt. Between this shot and a shot of Merritt two shots afterward, the chains on Merritt's handcuffs that are laid across the desk change position without him moving. (00:28:25)

Continuity mistake: When Daniel, Merritt and Henley first meet outside apartment 6A, the golden adjusting buckle on Daniel's bag strap is on the top of his shoulder and there are two plastic adjusting buckles on the front side of the strap, one near the top and a second further down. A few seconds later, after Merritt says the door is locked, the shot cuts to Daniel saying "Is it?" and the two plastic buckles are now further up the strap. Also, the shot cuts to angle behind Daniel and the golden buckle on the strap is now on the back side. As Daniel walks back to Merritt and Henley after trying to open the door, the golden buckle is now on the front side of the strap and much closer to one of the plastic buckles. The shot cuts again and the top plastic buckle is suddenly by his shoulder, and the golden buckle is suddenly back on the back side of the strap. Later on, when Jack arrives in the scene, the golden buckle is suddenly back on his shoulder again. (00:10:05)

Continuity mistake: When they are standing outside the apartment, after Merritt tells Henley she deserves to feel special, Daniel tells him that's a really nice story, and points to him with the card in hand, before lowering his hand. In the next shot, just as he turns to leave, he is seen still with the hand raised and card in hand, before lowering it a second time. (00:11:35)

Continuity mistake: When Thaddeus is first introduced, he is in the audience recording the Horsemen's Las Vegas show on his phone. In the shot where the camera pans from the stage over to Thaddeus in his seat, there is a man sitting next to him applauding with the crowd and there is a watch on the man's wrist. A couple of shots later, when Thaddeus tells the usher he is going to put his phone away, the watch has vanished. (00:16:00)

Continuity mistake: When congratulating Tressler at the show, Daniel asks Tressler to stay standing. Tressler has his hands by his side. The shot cuts to Daniel, Merritt and Henley on the stage, and Tressler is seen on the TV in the background, where his hands are now clasped together. (00:18:05)

Take it" and the shot then cuts to an angle from behind Merritt where the wife then stretches her arms out to reach the note. As soon as the next shot starts, Jack walking away from the ferry, with the man still visible in the far background and the man is now suddenly pointing with his left hand for a brief moment. Continuity mistake: Whilst Henley is unlocking the locks in the tank, she kneels down and begins tugging on the chain. She is shown holding onto two separate parts of the chain with each hand in one shot, but by the next shot, she is suddenly holding onto to one elongated piece of the chain with both hands. Question: How did Dylan's team not see their reflections in the mirror in the apparently empty vault, and why don't said reflections show in the recording for that matter?

Answer: The mirror was inserted at an angle, so that the reflection was the ceiling and not what was in front of them. It's the same principle for how periscopes work.
