Continuity mistake: Throughout the entire movie, Hobbs has a goatee. But when Hobbs is driving and talking on the phone to Tej, his goatee is gone. In Hobbs' next scene, the goatee is suddenly back again. (01:22:35 - 01:23:55)
Trivia: When Brian goes undercover as a prison inmate to talk to Braga, his fake name is T. Bridges. Bridges is the real last name of Ludacris who plays Tej, and T is the first initial of Tyrese Gibson who plays Roman. (00:55:25)

Chosen answer: It's the house number of Dom's old house in Los Angeles, from the first film. Hobbs says "name your price", so I guess Dom was asking him to buy his old house back (the gang are having a BBQ there in the next scene).
