Other mistake: When Wolverine has the parasite inside him he can't heal, but the holes for the claws heals just fine.

Visible crew/equipment: When the bear appears as Logan goes to buy batteries, a cameraman with a brown jacket can be spotted at the lower right hand corner, before the shot changes.

Other mistake: When Logan loses his ability to heal, all his wounds stay, but his hands still heal after every usage of his claws - the skin on his hands is untouched.

Revealing mistake: When Logan slices his abdomen open to pull out the parasite around his heart, watch the (digital) wound at the bottom of the screen right before he says the line "You're not gonna wanna watch this part!" Not only does a small line of blood on the left of the wound simply "blink" into existence instantly at the bottom of the screen right after he pulls the claw out (slip up in rendering), but the wound itself doesn't quite 100% match up with Logan's movements - when he breathes in, the wound doesn't really move properly with his abdomen as it inflates.

Continuity mistake: The note that says "come and get her" in blood changes when Yukio pins it to the wall. The letters are written differently.

Suggested correction: The letters are in the same way.

Watch the scene again. They are different, they are in a different position too.

Logan: Go fuck yourself, pretty boy.

Trivia: SPOILER! There is a mid credits scene that shows Logan going through airport security 2 years after the end of the movie, where he encounters Professor X and Magneto, who recruit him for a new mission that will be in the film X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Question: Was Logan's healing factor completely removed by Viper or just slowed down a lot? In the funeral fight scenes and on the train he was shot and stabbed multiple times, yet he was only slowed down. It seems if the healing factor was at 0% he would have bled to death right after. (Especially after a shotgun blast to the abdomen at point blank range) And is the healing factor back at 100% now even after the grandfather sucked a bunch of it out?

Answer: The healing factor was only reduced. Like you said, had it been removed he would have bled to death and every time he used his claws he would be bleeding from his hands. It is not revealed if it is at full strength at the end of the film, but it is likely it will return to full strength over time.
