Continuity mistake: Once Ben and Amy are reunited, he gives her some money and tells her to go as far away as she can go, with her protesting. During this, he places his hands on her head to look at her. When the angle changes from showing her to him, his fingers are positioned differently each time. (01:34:25)
Continuity mistake: As Braemer and Anna are walking together, he says "Our employer wasn't sure your personal feelings for Logan wouldn't cloud your judgment in making the tough calls." The camera view from behind shows him turn his head to look at her after he finishes that sentence. It cuts back to a view of their faces and he is suddenly looking forward again. (00:56:25)
Continuity mistake: On the train with Anna, Ben says "I'll never forget the first day you showed up in Somalia, ready to set the world on fire." He and Anna are sitting by the same window. As it shows him, outside the window is just open area as they go on the tracks. When it cuts to Anna, they are suddenly passing buy houses. Throughout this sense, the stuff out the window always changes depending if the camera is looking at Ben or Anna. (01:20:55 - 01:22:21)
Continuity mistake: After the car plummets off the bridge, it slides to a stop on its side. The only smoke seen from it is coming from the tail pipe. The shot cuts to a distance view from the other side, and suddenly there is a lot of smoke coming from the engine. (00:23:10)
Continuity mistake: When Ben slams on the breaks, causing Floyd to be thrown forward and hit his head on the windshield, watch closely. When he first hits it, you can see the glass begin to buckle out, and just before the shot cuts, it becomes quite obvious that the windshield itself disconnects from the car at the bottom and is breaking loose. Then only a moment later, the car is shown from an exterior view as it begins sliding out of control along the road, and now the windshield seems fine except for the blood and cracks. The separation at the bottom is gone, and the cracks are a lot less extensive. (00:22:25)
Continuity mistake: Ben is shown in his office and he gets off the phone with someone, saying "8:00 AM is fine, I'll be here." After the talk, he removes his head piece and sighs. You can see his right arm and shoulder are positioned so it is down at his side. Floyd knocks on the door and opens it, and the camera cuts to behind Ben. Suddenly his right arm is out stretched beside him resting on the other desk. (00:09:30)
Continuity mistake: When Amy is sitting down to eat her breakfast, there is a very long TV remote next to her food. As she points to her bowl and asks if there is milk in this, it cuts to a closer angle and suddenly the TV control is a lot shorter, and moves across the table. (00:04:55)
Continuity mistake: In the beginning, the motorcycle drives by a car that parks under a bridge and tosses out a bag. The bag rolls to a stop and has the straps on the same side as the car. The camera cuts to a frontal view of the car as the driver gets out and suddenly the straps are on the opposite side. (00:02:25)
Factual error: The Logans flee into a parking garage, where Ben breaks a van window to access the hood release...then, upon opening the hood, he immediately rubs two wires together to start and run the vehicle. This is physically impossible, although often depicted in films. The starting circuit for an automobile is completely separate from the ignition circuit. (00:39:35)
Continuity mistake: When looking for a car Amy appears to unlock an Audi A4 or A6 that seems to be to her satisfaction, and then she quickly makes off with the keys, only to appear a few seconds later to rescue her father in a BMW Wagon. (01:09:15)
