At the end, as Alex comes out of her mother's hospital room, there are two large framed pictures on the hallway wall to her right, next to the door. When the scene cuts to a long shot of her walking toward her father and sister, there's now only one picture on that wall. There is no other section of that wall that has two pictures next to each other.
When Matt King visits the house of his ancestors the camera pans over the furniture. There is a picture of the Union Jack, but it is upside down. (It's a common misconception that the Union Jack is the same either way up - the wider diagonal white stripe should be at the top left, or on top on the side of the flag nearest the flagpole).
