Continuity: When Liam Neeson shoots up the mobs place of business, he shoots the water cooler and you hear the plastic jug bounce around on the floor. When he leaves the scene cuts to his brothers killer knocking the jug off the top of the cooler-when it was just bouncing around on the floor?

Continuity: When Patrick Swazee's brother is in the van and is being chased by the guys trying to steal the van, the guys place a blue light on the roof of the car. The first shot of the car the light is on the passenger side. In all the rest of the shots, the light is on the driver's side of the car.

Factual error: Carbon Glow, KY is at LEAST a 9 hour drive to Chicago. There is no way the Gates clan could have made it to the cemetery in the same night they were called and told about Briar's death.

Visible crew/equipment: When the Gates family is chasing the bad guys in the cemetery and one of them enters the Snake Pit bus, you can see the actor's mark on the floor. (He does manage to hit it.)

Continuity: In the scene with the Rossolini's moving into the vending company, after the takeover, the movers are bringing the couch up the stairs so that we see the cushions.  But, when the movers take it through the office door we see the bottom of the couch.
