Continuity: I don't think it's quite a mistake, but in almost every scene with Madonna, she has a mysterious shadow over her forehead. In full shots, no shadow, but when they cut to her close-up, there it is. It’s more annoying than anything else (aside from her acting).

The Next Best Thing (2000) - 3 mistakes
Directed by John Schlesinger, starring Benjamin Bratt, Illeana Douglas, Madonna , Michael Vartan, Neil Patrick Harris, Rupert Everett (add more)
Continuity: Towards the end of the movie when Madonna and the new bloke are driving off with the son looking back at Rupert Evertt, Madonna's seat has the head rest on. However, next scene when Madonna looks back at her son through the rear view mirror, the head rest is not there.
Continuity: In the scene where Madonna is in the diner having lunch, she is checking her calendar (figuring if she is pregnant). When the shot is facing her, she is holding the hamburger in her hand, but when the shot is facing her friend, from behind Madonna, the hamburger is on the plate.
