When Bad crashes his car and is knocked unconscious, we immediately see a close up of him in the car, with the gear selector in park. How could he have changed it while the car was barreling down a hill to a crash which knocks him out? [The lever could have been knocked into 'park' by Blake's arm or leg, when he was thrown out of his seat.]
