Visible crew/equipment: The crew is reflected on the motorcycle-cop helmet when Mark says "He is not drunk".

Continuity: When Ricky Gervais drives home to the big crowd outside his house, he unbuckles his seat belt and it slides up and along the inside of the car door. In the next shot when he opens the car door, we can see that he's coming out of a different car, with no seat belt visible inside the door.

Continuity: When the bank teller counts out the $800 near the start, from her point of view the bills are all in a very neat pile, but from the other angle they're slightly splayed out.

Other: When Mark and Greg exit the casino holding buckets of chips they won, Greg holds one of his buckets at an angle at which all chips should fall off. This is obviously a prop.

Plot hole: Since religion is an entirely new concept, why is the minister at the wedding wearing a Christian cross? Everything else about the church reflects on Mark's teachings.

Continuity: When Anna and Mark go out on their date, in Anna's drink the straw is first sticking out pointing to the right, but in the next shot or two, it points to the left, and then back to the right one shot later.

Continuity: When Ricky Gervais discovers he can lie, and is in the bar trying to explain this to the bartender and his friend, his beer is 3/4 full. By the end of the scene the beer is almost empty, and based on the speed of the conversation, he did not have time to drink the beer between shots of him.
