Visible crew/equipment: Just before Tallahassee tears up the minivan, a crew member's legs are visible below the posters in the window of the Citizens United storefront. (00:36:00)

Suggested correction: It's the legs of Tallahassee himself in the reflection, and they copy all his movements exactly.

Continuity mistake: When the younger sister (Little Rock) is picking up the fake ring in front of the gas station, behind her is a PT Cruiser getting gas. Immediately when the gas station attendant comes out to speak to her, the car has vanished. There was no possible way the car was driven away in the split second scene switch.

Other mistake: When Columbus and Tallahassee open the back of the Hostess truck, a bunch of Snowballs fall out. During the shots from the inside the truck, on the right side, you can see some packages of Twinkies. It might not be easy to make out of the shape, but you can see the label on the package. I guess they should've done a more thorough search of the truck. (You might need widescreen to see this).

Continuity mistake: When the girls are on the blast off ride and they shoot the control box, you can see that they are 1/4 of the way down but in the next shot they are all the way at the top of the ride.

Continuity mistake: In the scene after Wichita and Little Rock stole Tallahassee's SUV, we see a huge shot of the camera panning downward as Columbus is talking to Tallahassee. We get to see a clear shot of the sky, which is very cloudy and no visible sun. As the camera moves with the two as they continue off screen, the next shot is from directly in front of them walking forward. However this time the sun is glaring brightly behind them leaving shadows from the buildings and lighting the road up with the bright sun. But in the shot before it was a very cloudy day. Columbus: You see? You just can't trust anyone. The first girl I let into my life and she tries to eat me.

Question: If the character's nicknames (Columbus, Tallahassee, etc) come from their destinations, how come Witchita & Little Rock have different names, when they're sisters and are coming from - and heading to - the same place?

Answer: The names come from their hometowns, not their destinations. Witchita is much older than Little Rock; she could have spent the majority of her childhood in Witchita before her family moved to Little Rock where her sister was born. She still considers Witchita to be her "hometown".
