Me, Myself & Irene (2000) - 68 mistakes
Directed by Peter Farrelly, starring Chris Cooper, Jim Carrey, Renée Zellweger (add more)
Genres: Comedy
Revealing: When Charlie shoots the cow there is no bloodshed at all, even though the cow is supposed to be alive.
Continuity: The blood comes flowing out of Charlie's hand before he gets his thumb shot off.
Continuity: When Charlie shoots the cow, he had turned off the headlight of the motorcycle. After he shoots the cow the first time, the headlight is back on.
Continuity: Right after Charlie and Irene push the car over the cliff, Charlie asks Irene if she grabbed the wallet off the dash and she says no. Later in the motel, when they are lying in bed, Charlie is sharing family pictures with Irene and they talk about carrying pictures in their wallets. Charlie's was at the bottom of the lake with the car. [The deleted scene on the DVD doesn't really help - in it Hank jumps off the cliff to get his wallet, and then Irene follows. However the movie shows Charlie and Irene looking down the 30 meter high cliff and walking away with dry clothes. Deleted scenes can "disallow" a mistake only if they fill in plausible back story, rather than contradicting the "proper" movie directly.]
Continuity: When Irene and Charlie are in the water near the end, the clouds change between each shot.
Visible crew/equipment: When Charlie and Irene are driving Irene says 'He did save our lives'. After this it goes to Charlie. Here the boom mic can be seen in the top left of the window.
Factual error: In the flashback scene in 1982 when Charlie and Layla are on the picnic blanket, they're drinking Budweisers out of late 1990's bottles that came in a late 1990's six-pack.

Visible crew/equipment: When Shonte Jr and the boys answer the door to the Colonel, you can see the camera and crew in the reflection of the door.
Continuity: Right near the end of the movie when Irene is saying goodbye to Charlie, her makeup is a lot darker to when she is driving away in the car, it looks a lot lighter and rubbed off. When she is pulled over again by the police and gets out of the car her makeup is once again a lot darker.

Continuity: When Hank goes after the four baseball players the one whom he gets involved with is grabs a beer bottle. Continuity: After Hank has conned Irene into sleeping with him, the morning after Irene finds the "Coke" machine smashed up. In a later scene the Coke machine is back in perfect condition.

Factual error: Much of this movie was filmed in the Burlington and Middlebury areas in Vermont. Therefore, there are a lot of inconsistencies with vehicle plates and identifying characteristics of things like particular state trooper uniforms/cars/etc. And yes, the abandoned bridge/railroad trestle/etc. is actually the pedestrian bridge over the Otter Creek in downtown Middlebury.
Factual error: After Jim Carrey has his first "episode", the police car pulls up to the officer in charge, and it has blue lights on both sides. In Rhode Island, all police cars must have red lights only.
Continuity: When Charlie/Hank and Irene arrive at the train station in Rhode Island. Charlie and Hank are having a "fight", during this fight Hank unzips his pants to wiggle his "thing" at a group of ladies sitting on a bench. Immediately after that he falls to the ground and his pants are zipped.
