When Neo is going to open the door to enter the Oracle's house, you can clearly see a camera on the doorknob. There's a sheet over it painted to look like the wall behind it, with a representation of Morpheus' tie too, because he's blocked by the camera.

In the scene 'Rooftop Rescue', when Morpheus is hanging from Neo's arm (who is hanging from the helicopter), a safety wire is visible running out of Morpheus' sleeve and into Neo's hand.

When Neo and Smith have a fight at the train station, before Smith drags Neo by the legs and tosses him onto the train track, he punches Neo into another wall. Just after he does this, a red piece of equipment is visible to the left of the screen, being pulled quickly out of shot.

At the beginning of the Subway fight there's a shot of Morpheus, then of Neo, then in the next shot of Agent Smith the white screen is visible in the right lens of his glasses.

Bad idea to have mirrored sunglasses in the movie. Look into the lenses of the agents, Neo, Trinity, and any one else who has them, and you can see the camera perfectly.

In the scene where Neo and Morpheus are in the training program with the girl in the red dress, after Morpheus has paused the program you an see a camera and a black fabric cover around it reflected off Morpheus' sunglasses for a considerable amount of time. Noticeably in the shot considerably close to his face while talking.

When Trinity asks Neo 'How did you do that?' after he's dodged the bullets the white reflective screen is visible in the left lens of her glasses.

When Trinity and the other guys are taking the bug out from Neo's stomach, as it is coming out, if you put it in slow-motion, you can see (it's not really clear, but you can see a light reflecting off it) a string pulling the bug up.

When Neo is crawling round the side of the building after Morpheus's phone call, there are two shots from his point of view. In the second one, close to the black pipe, the square camera is seen in the reflection.
