Continuity: When Neo first enters the construct, Morpehus and Tank plug him in. In the construct, Neo turns around a second after being plugged in, and Morpheus is now standing there. There's no way he could have loaded up that fast.

Please note: Just a general comment - if you haven't seen the DVD "The Matrix Revisited", you really should. Absolutely fantastic, and makes you realise just how much hard work and how many dangerously talented people are needed to make great movies.
