Character mistake: Stu calls Alan 'Stu' at the breakfast table by the pool the morning after. When Alan shows Stu the baby pseudo-masturbating he says, "Stu Alan, not cool." The actor then bows his head and bites his lip - he knows he messed up. It still made the final cut.

Phil Wenneck: Listen, we fucked up. We lost Doug.
Tracy Garner: What? We're getting married in five hours!
Phil Wenneck: Yeah... that's not gonna happen.
Trivia
Bradley Cooper told audiences at Toronto while giving a speech that the people in Las Vegas didn't even notice that a movie was being filmed. Even though he had tiger scratchs on his neck, all bloody and stuff, and Justin Bartha was beet red, nobody even noticed or even stopped to get a look. See more...
The Hangover (2009) - 12 mistakes
Directed by Todd Phillips, starring Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Heather Graham, Justin Bartha, Zach Galifianakis (add more)
Genres: Comedy
Continuity: The boys try to drug Mike Tyson's tiger by putting roofies into a piece of steak. When Alan puts the pills into the steak you can see that the meat is extremely soft; he pushes the pills in easily with one finger. When Stu brings the steak into the bathroom and holds it out to the tiger it's very stiff, either frozen or a fake piece so that the tiger would not go after it.
Continuity: When the guys meet Mike Tyson, there are told that Doug's jacket was found in the tiger's cage. However when they are at Tyson's house watching the security cameras, Doug has his jacket the whole time even when they go back to the car.
Continuity: Once Stu gets off the phone with his wife, the rest of the guys eventually walk into his room. When Alan walks in the room, he is carrying the plastic grocery bag. When they are walking down the hallway towards the elevator in slo-mo (with the song "Who Let the Dogs Out" playing), Alan doesn't have the plastic bag. When they arrive at the elevator, Alan has the bag again.
Continuity: After the China man escapes from the boot of the Mercedes, Alan is resting against the wheel, and in the close up shots of the door it has dirt streaks on it, but when Stuart goes to talk to Alan, the dirt streaks come and go.
Continuity: There are two metal bars that stick out under the car when they meet the Chinese gang, and then turn into three metal bars under the car.
Other: In the morning after scene, when the three men are sitting at the dining table by the pool with the baby, watch the extras milling about behind them. The same two people pass behind them twice from the same direction just moments apart. A little later a woman in a swimsuit walks by behind two of the characters. After a few more lines of dialogue, she is still walking by behind another of the characters.
Continuity: In the beginning when Phil calls Lisa to explain they cannot find Doug, the three guys in the background are in a very different position than at the end of the movie during the same time period. In the end the drug dealer walks forward towards Stu and Alan and then Stu begins running over to Phil. In the beginning all of the guys in the background are farther apart during the same time of Phil's phone call.
Continuity: Once the naked guy is let out of the trunk and runs off, Alan is sitting on the ground with his back resting against the front tire in one shot, then against the car just behind the wheel well in another, then resting against the tire yet again in another.
Audio problem: At the scene by the pool, Phil begins writing down the events the characters remember from the night before on a napkin. When the three guys are at Jade's apartment, Phil uncrumples the napkin to begin writing what she tells them. When he uncrumples the napkin, it makes a rather loud noise like he was uncrumpling writing paper. The noise would not have occurred because of the soft texture of the napkin.
Continuity: In the scene where Alan says Doug is clear to move into the right lane, right after the truck starts to swerve, the camera switches to showing Phil and Stu. There is no truck in the frame, but when it shows Alan and Doug, you see the end of the truck passing them.
Continuity: When the guys are leaving Vegas and Doug is explaining that he found chips in his pocket, he is holding his hat with his left hand and the chips in his right hand. Two shots later, the hat and chips have switched hands, with no time for it to occur.
