Lava solidifies when it touches air, so lava falls wouldn't be red and yellow; it would be brown and black, with traces of red. [Lava does not instantaneously solidify when it touches air; I've seen many videos of lava flows where the entire flow is glowing bright orange.]

In the end of the movie, when Scrat is back on the ice world with the acorn, he mocks Scratelle about it. However, the ceiling to the dinosaur world is thousands of feet up, so how could Scrat see Scratelle, and vice versa? [Its already been established that the periphery of the Lost World underneath the ice is close to the surface of the world above, as evidenced by Sid getting to the eggs and not having to travel thousands of feet to get them to the world above, clearly this is evidence of the same situation.]

Scrat and Scratte were riding the rocket up to the ice world. They both grab the acorn, Scrat yanks it out of the rock, Scratte falls away, but shouldn't Scrat fall, too? [No, because he's still sat atop the rock(et), where as Scratette fell off because she lost grip of the acorn, Scrat never did.]
