Revealing: When Vang and Chev are running and about to jump the fence into the power station, look in the fence and you can see the handy foot holds that the actors use to go over the fence.
Continuity: In the scene where the old oriental woman is taking Chelios' temperature the sheet is low enough that you can plainly see the battery pack sitting on his stomach. As she walks out two guys come in to check on him and they have to pull the sheet back to reveal the battery pack.
Revealing: When the Ferret's goons are dragging Chev behind the speed-boat near the end, when the one henchman (with all the tattoos) urinates on Chelios, you can see he is holding a small device/hose that is spraying the fake urine out.
Deliberate "mistake": When Eve pushes Chev down the stairs at the horse track, they fall over the side and onto the track (close to the wall). In the next few shots they start to have sex, and when the camera pans out they are in the middle of the horse track without ever getting up.
