Mistake Continuity: When Maya enters Peter's office for the first time, you can see that he had just written something on his laptop. While they talk, you can see the word-program on the computer screen: it shows one page. Cut to Maya, then back to Peter: it shows two pages. Another cut: one page. This happens two or three times throughout the scene.

Mistake Continuity: When Peter is talking to Father James after the party, in the first shot, both of his arms are on the table. In the next shot, his left hand is up by his head.

Mistake Continuity: When Maya and Peter are searching John Townsend's home, as Maya finds the books after switching on the light, the way she holds the jacket changes between the wide shot and the close-up.

Mistake Continuity: When Father James grabs Maya and holds a knife to her, in the wide shot, his arm is over her throat, and the knife is several inches away from her. In the following head and shoulders close-up, his arm is no longer visible, and the knife is almost touching her skin.

Mistake Continuity: When Peter is being interviewed on television, the studio background changes repeatedly. For example, in the wideshot, there's a painting behind him and the hostess - in the close-ups, it's gone.

Mistake Continuity: When Maya is lying on her bed, writing, while Peter is interviewed on television, in the first shot, she's reached only half the page in her notebook. The camera pans to wards the television, and we hear her continue writing, in a normal pace. In the next shot a few seconds later, she's reached the bottom of the page; there wasn't enough time for her to have filled the page that quickly.

Mistake Continuity: When Maya first visits Peter, when she's sitting on the couch, the red pillow next to her keeps changing position.
