Other: When the dead couple is found in the toilet they don't have a single wound on their chest, despite having been stabbed with a 3 meters big claw.

Continuity: When Jennifer is looking for the queen scorpion she has a strand of hair hanging loose over her forehead. When Scott jumps in, a second later, her hair is brushed and neat.
Revealing: The huge wind blows the plastic cups from the trolley, but the stuff next to it remains stills.
Continuity: The blood that the stewardess leaves, when she is killed, differs between the first and second time we see it, in shape and amount.
Continuity: The huge scorpion arrives on the right, then grabs and pulls Milhouse's left ankle. He should loose balance and fall over the scorpion, but instead the angle changes and he has now turned around and is falling softly on his back. The scorpion, oddly enough, is gone only to appear again seconds later.
Continuity: Milhouse asks the Captain if the scorpion queen was big. When he looks at him and says "Yes", in the following angle the Captain's head is looking someplace else, without him having turned it.
Visible crew/equipment: Boom mic seen over Courtney, when she is attaching cutlery on her cast.
Continuity: The African-American is slapped by the girl and he takes his hand to his face. From a different angle the hand is down, but back to the previous angle and the hand is up.

Continuity: The African-American closes the door to the cellar, the ring to lift it up appears up or down depending on the angle.
Visible crew/equipment: After Scott kills Fred, while he's covering the coffin, a crewmember with white shorts and white tennis shoes is standing on the left side.
Continuity: When the Captain asks the Arabs for their tickets, Yaffi turns his head and discusses with Sudan. In the front angle his head is looking at the Captain.
Continuity: After exiting the coffin, Jennifer and the Captain arrive at the ladder. From a shot above the Captain is still running towards it.
Visible crew/equipment: When all the passengers are next to the ladder, about to go down to the cellar looking for weapons and tools, a stage light is visible, with a paper attached to it. Before the scene ends, a boom mic is also seen.
Continuity: The Captain is down in the cellar and stumbles with something and loses his balance. Shot cuts in the middle of the fall, and he suddenly appears standing up about 2 meters to the left and 5 meters ahead. Quite a big jump for a loss of balance.
Continuity: During Scott and Fred's fight the amount and type of suitcases keeps changing depending on the shot.
Continuity: Jan puts her headphones on and sunlight is seen coming from the window, yet the following shot from outside shows it's nighttime.
Continuity: The beginning of the movie is set in Australia, but the driver of the van is on the left side, instead of the right. However, when the van pulls over and he gets out, the shot is flipped to fix this, but the next angle of the back of the van isn't flipped and shows the left door open. The movie was shot in the U.S.
Continuity: When the plane lands, the sky keeps changing from slightly cloudy, to dark gray, depending on the stock footage used.
Visible crew/equipment: Milhouse points at everyone with a gun and the Captain jumps at him to defend all. That moment the whole stage, with lights and cables around, is perfectly seen.
Continuity: When the Captain is about to be blown away, there's a seat belt next to him totally still and calm (revealing that there's no such wind), but in the close-up it's moving wildly.
Revealing: After Yaffi is about to be killed by the scorpion queen, an airport controller is seen typing, but the computer screen is off.
Continuity: Before the scorpion attacks Milhouse another one attacks the snobbish woman. The close shots show the scorpion's legs and the back of the seat moving wildly, but the wide shot in between shows it's all calm.
Continuity: When the scorpion chases the old man, his position keeps changing drastically between shots. If an angle shows him in one place, the next angle places him five meters behind.
Other: The door of the plane is open and lets in a huge amount of pressure, but suddenly, a close-up of a corner of it shows how it softly closes tightly, without anyone turning its lever, or pushing.
Revealing: After the door's been open while on air, a huge wind starts inside the plane and the actors move as if they were being suctioned. However, the hanging oxygen masks stay motionless.
Continuity: Jennifer and the Captain exit the cellar up the ladder. When she has climbed it and is now on the upper floor, there's a shot of her back in the cellar and climbing up again.
Visible crew/equipment: When the black man saves the Captain and kills the scorpion, a close-up shot of the cellar door with the bug shows that there's no floor underneath, and also a stage light is seen.
Visible crew/equipment: Boom mic visible when the two inspectors arrive at Los Angeles airport.
Continuity: Jennifer is up the ladder holding a defibrillator with her right hand, and the ladder with her left. From an angle above, both hands have the defibrillator.
Deliberate "mistake": When the captain jumps towards Scott, the distance between the two rows of seats is three times bigger than the other rows shown, obviously to allow for the fight, but still really weird when you look at it.
Visible crew/equipment: When the girl is killed in the toilet, the hand of the puppeteer holding the scorpion claw is visible.
Continuity: When Jennifer is dressed with the special suit, a claw shows up close to her face. The amount of slime on it increases, decreases or even disappears randomly between shots.

Visible crew/equipment: When Milhouse puts on the Captain's jacket, the stage ceiling is seen.

Visible crew/equipment: After the dead couple are found in the toilet, two claws are seen wandering around, and beneath them two hands holding them.
Revealing: At the end of the film, when the Captain says he's about to land, the exterior shot of the plane is the same image used at the beginning when the plane took off, only it's being played backwards, with the wheels coming out, and even worse, the tail of the plane is moving backwards.
Continuity: By the end of the film, when the queen scorpion is wandering around, a shot of the floor shows that the plane is spotless, despite being filled with blood, paper, and debris a couple of scenes before.
Continuity: After the door shuts, Courtney's hair style changes from brushed to the left to messy, between shots.
Visible crew/equipment: Before the old man is blown away, a blue mat is seen underneath to drag him safely outside.
Continuity: Before the scorpion attacks the old man a jacket is hanging from a seat, but in a following shot it's gone.
Continuity: Jennifer and the Captain crush the scorpion in the coffin. The first shot shows that only one tentacle comes out, but in the immediate close-up many tentacles are out.

Visible crew/equipment: After Scott's been killed, a shot from behind the scorpion shows a stage light above with a newspaper attached to it.
Continuity: After the plane lands, an outside shot (stock footage) shows two male pilots in the cockpit, but inside there's only a man and a woman.
Continuity: Captain and Jennifer have killed the scorpion from the cellar and run towards the ladder. The Captain is ahead, but there's an abrupt cut and now she's ahead.
Continuity: After crushing the scorpion in the coffin, the lid appears either well placed or slightly skewed, depending on the angle.
Continuity: In the airport, the snobbish woman is seated close to the wall and the black man next to her. One second later she's sitting in a different place, holding a newspaper, and the Afro-American is gone.
Continuity: The tentacle slaps the Captain on the cheek, but he appears wounded as if he had been hit across the eyes.
Factual error: The shot of the plane in the Melbourne airport before it took off, and the one in Los Angeles after it lands are of the same place.
Continuity: Scott slaps Jennifer. Seconds later she sees the scorpion and lowers her hand. The angle changes and she is lowering her hand again.
Revealing: After the old man is blown away, together with dozens of papers and other stuff, there's a brief shot of the door and some debris remains close to the open door, but don't move an inch.
Continuity: The scorpion exits the cellar through the stairs, and a shot shows it running from the back of the plane towards the front. Then Jennifer comes up those same stairs and we can see she's in the front of the plane, by the cockpit.

Continuity: Jennifer is fighting against the queen and ducks her blows. The angles keep changing with her moves, but each one is inconsistent with the previous position.
Continuity: When Jan is killed, she keeps changing from lying down, sitting, or hanging from the side of the seat. She goes from one to another depending on the angle.
Plot hole: Jennifer and the Captain exit the plane to give each other the final kiss, and the next shot shows them outside. But that's absurd, since there's no staircase next to the plane for them to get down.
Visible crew/equipment: When the Arabs try to fix the circuits, Scott places the hat on his head and the shadow of a boom mike is seen above him.
Continuity: While Milhouse points the gun at the passengers, a scorpion comes from behind a curtain. From its point of view everyone is standing up really close, but half a second afterwards, they're all sitting down except for the old man, who's managed to move five meters away.
Continuity: Before a passenger is hit by a flying suitcase, he is comforting a woman. Her head keeps swapping positions depending on the angle.
Continuity: After the Arabs stab the scorpion, there's a very brief shot of Jennifer pointing out with her arm, but after this shot she is in a totally different position.
Visible crew/equipment: When the crew is checking the toolbox to see how to kill the scorpions, boom mics are seen at the ceiling.
Continuity: Jennifer gives a credit card to the Captain and her head's position differs between the front and side shots.
Continuity: Jan's friend dies and places her blood filled hand on the window, from a different angle the hand is on the wall and the amount of wall has decreased.

Continuity: All the passengers run from business to coach class. Then there's a shot of a passenger in business saying she won't go to coach and the passengers pass by her again.
Continuity: When the scorpion kills Jan her left arm swaps from being up or down depending on the angle.
Continuity: When Jan is killed, her friend trips over with the scorpion's leg turning around about to fall, but the shot changes and she is perfectly still, and couple seconds later she turns around.
Continuity: Fred throws Milhouse away, offscreen. When Milhouse stands up and goes to kick Fred's ass it's a totally different actor, much thinner and with a different haircut.
Continuity: Fred lifts up Milhouse and throws him against a pile of bags. There's an abrupt cut and Fred suddenly appears meters away, allowing for Milhouse to defend himself and win the fight.
Continuity: Fred pushes Milhouse into a gloomy corner, but in the close-up the place is shiny and with an orange light, then when the angle changes it's gloomy again and filled with smoke.
Continuity: When Fred and Milhouse are fighting, Milhouse's glasses keep appearing and disappearing from his face.
Continuity: The plane differs in model and decoration outside depending on if it's landed or flying.
Plot hole: The young man goes through security check and it beeps constantly when he passes by, allowing for the baddie to sort it out easily while carrying a gun. These systems only beep once, but, in any case, cops stop passengers from walking by when the systems beeps.
Continuity: The airport x-rays detect a gun in a bag. In the immediate close-up, the gun's position is totally different.
Continuity: A woman stands alone announcing that the plane is cancelled and half a second later, from a different angle, she is several meters to the right surrounded by people.
