Continuity: In the opening scene when Oz is brought in to be fired, he first approaches the desk and before he sits down, is standing in between the desk and the chair. In the reverse shots from behind him, he is standing behind the chair, not in front of it.

Continuity: In the first meeting room at the Russian Embassy, the picture behind Linda and Chad changes from a blue framed portrait of what looks like Jeltsin to a portrait of Putin.
Other: The date on the surveillance footage from the camera in the Russian Embassy says 01.05.08, implying that it is either January or May (depending on which date notation is being used, American mm.dd.yy or Russian dd.mm.yy). However, it is fall/autumn outside, as there are dead leaves everywhere.
Continuity: In the first scene in the office, John Malkovic stands in front of the chair. Next shot he is behind it, and next shot he is back in front of it.
Continuity: In the scene where Osbourne is getting demoted because of his drinking problem, a gold pen keeps appearing and disappearing on the desk.
Factual error: The layout of the Cox's house doesn't make sense. The house is an end-terrace - stairs on the right side (from the front). The stairs rise to the back, and perform a 180 degree turn. The first door on the left is the Cox's bedroom. The wall opposite to the bedroom door would be a solid wall - the partition wall to the neighbouring terrace. Instead it has a well lit window.
Other: When Linda looks in the rear view mirror at the car following her, the license plate is seen as normal, not a mirror image like it should be.
Continuity: When George Clooney is running, there's a shot of him in the neighborhood with the back of his shirt drenched. When they show him inside the house shortly after, the sweat stain on his back is significantly smaller.
