Audio problem: When the Blind Man falls down the stairs of the subway, we hear him falling for several seconds before a single loud thud. If he really fell down the stairs, we should hear more than one thud.

Continuity: When the devil is falling apart and his 2nd ear falls off, he tells Nicky he cannot hear him, and asks the demon by his side who catches it to put it back on his head. But towards the end, when the devil is reduced to no more than a mouth and 2 arms, he is able to have a conversation with his demons about what's going on and hear them perfectly.
Continuity: In the movie someone says "listen to this" as he holds up a Chicago album. The song playing is "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It is?" That song is from the Chicago Transit Authority album. The album the actor holds up is Chicago V.
Continuity: Durring the second encounter with the blind man, after Nicky and Valerie bought their ice cream, watch as the blind man runs into the light pole and in the backround Nicky and Valerie are turning the corner. In the next shot Valerie and Nickie are turning the corner that they have supposedly already turned.
Continuity: When all the people in the wheelchairs crash with the bus they fall on each other. When it cuts, they all have changed position.
Revealing: When the priest is running and jumping down the stairs to the subway, he bounces up again, as if he fell on a mat.
Continuity: When Adrian and Cassius are talking about ruling the earth you see Cassius looking up. When it cuts he is looking at Adrian.
Continuity: When Nicky and Valerie get ice cream, Valerie orders a vanilla cone, while Nicky gets chocolate. However, when we see them later, around the time when they meet up with Adrian, you can see Nicky's cone at the bottom of the screen and he has vanilla instead of chocolate.
Continuity: When the devil starts deteriorating, the first thing to fall off of him is his pinky finger. Later, when the devil is deteriorated down to two arms and a mouth, he has two thumbs and eight fingers.
Continuity: When Nicky falls asleep outside we get a view from him from above. We can see the bottle lie right next to him. When it cuts the bottle has moved away from him.
Continuity: When Nicky is playing basketball with his brother, they both move around between the shots, first Nicky is over the half court line, then back, then his brother is inside the three point line, then more towards the middle. It happens several times with both of them.
Continuity: When Nicky talks to his roommate for the first time and makes the "deep South" joke, you see Nicky start laughing. At the same time he tips his head down, but when it cuts from behind he is looking straight forward.
Continuity: When the Devil is talking with Marino you see the Devil holding his hand up. When it cuts he is holding his hand on the arm rest.
Continuity: All throughout the scene where Nicky changes the Coke the latch on Beefy's collar keeps moving around.
Revealing: When Nicky shoots goodness at a group of demons, one of them bites off a part of one of the rabbits. In the last shot of that demon, it is extremely obvious that the bunny that he is holding is a stuffed animal.
Continuity: When the demon pulls the devil's pinky off a demon says "gross" but his mouth never moves.
Visible crew/equipment: In the church scene, when the priest stops dancing on the pizza and the camera goes up you can see left middle of the screen a camera just poking out as when the priest talks it goes right to him.
Continuity: When Nicky is floating in front of Valerie's apartment, you can see that she 's holding a small teddy bear. Whenever the scene cuts back to Valerie, the teddy bear changes position everytime.
