Continuity: As Captain Willard jumps off the boat at the French plantation we see a wide shot of the debris on the dock. The fuel drums to the right of the screen are rearranged two shots later as he walks up to the door. (Time) Submitted by ????

Continuity: As they depart from the USO show at Hau Phat Chef shows everyone his picture of Miss December and there's a helmet hanging on a poll in the rear of the boat with the top facing Chief Phillips. Continuity: As they approached the French plantation there are two distinct shots of this area, one is from further back then ten seconds later there's a close-up. Continuity: As Captain Willard takes a smoke, the shadow of the pipe is on Roxanne's face but in the next shot as she looks at him the pipe's shadow has disappeared. (Time) Submitted by ????

Audio problem: As they lie there in bed Roxanne says, "you are alive captain" and you can only see the side of her face. Her jaw is not moving and if you look closely at her face, all she's doing is returning the captain's smile, not talking. (Time) Submitted by ????

Continuity: As Roxanne unties the curtains around the bed the scarves draped over the light on the left of Captain Willard are not the same ones we just saw in a previous shot as the captain took a smoke from the pipe. Continuity: On the beach Colonel Kilgore says to one of his soldiers, "what do you know about surfing major, you're from New Jersey" look closely at the Vietnamese prisoners walking on the opposite side of the beach. Continuity: As Captain Willard takes a smoke from Roxanne's pipe the pillow he's lying on is light green. Later after they're finished as he lies on his back the pillow is now light red. (Time) Submitted by ????

Continuity: After Chief Phillips falls to the floor of the boat Captain Willard kneels down to try to help him. Look closely at Phillips' left hand, there's blood dripping on his knuckle. In the next shot when he grabs the captain around the throat there is no blood on his left hand. (Time) Submitted by ????

Continuity: After Colonel Kilgore looks at Captain Willard and says, "someday this war's gonna end" he gets up to walk away and the soldier to his right straps his rifle around his right shoulder twice between shots. (Time) Submitted by ????

Continuity: As the helicopters land in Vin Drin Dop "The Ride of the Valkyries" is still playing but none of the helicopters have speakers hanging out of their side doors to play the music the way they did before. (Time) Submitted by ????

Continuity: As they all sit on the boat and listen to the "Arc light" B-52 strike Lance is sunbathing in direct sunlight. In the next shot he's in the shadow of the roof of the boat as he gets up and says "there they are". (Time) Submitted by ????

Continuity: As Chief Phillips is speared he holds on to the roof of the boat with his left hand. The straw has been rearranged from previous shots and is no longer hanging over the side of the roof as it was in the shot before. (Time) Submitted by ????

Other: As the woman that threw the grenade into the Medevac helicopter runs away they shoot at her from another helicopter. You can see by the puffs of smoke on the ground that the machine gun fire is not going anywhere near her, or her friend running in front of her as they fall to the ground dead. Continuity: As Colonel Kilgore calls out to the soldiers surfing in the water Captain Willard's band-aid on his right cheek appears out of nowhere for the first time in the movie. He had no band-aid on his face before this and we don't see him put one on, and there's no indication from the last time we saw his face that his scar started to bleed. (Time) Submitted by ????
