In most of Ah-nold's films he usually says the phrase "I'll be back." In this film, towards the end when he decides to be a teacher, he says "I'm back."
In the scene where Arnold meets his lady partner before getting on an airplane, she asks him where he is from and he says Austria, which is where he really is from.
When Kimble carries Phoebe into the motel, he says two short sentences in German (the only time Arnie can be heard speaking his native tongue in a movie.). For interest, these mean: "That makes me stinking mad. Now I'm mad."
When the cop is looking for the little kid, he runs into the kid's room, and his pillow and bedsheets are "Ghostbusters" themed. The director of this film,Ivan Reitman, directed "Ghostbusters."
