Visible crew/equipment: When George drops Lee, Carter and Genevieve off outside the embassy to meet Reynard, right before George tells them he won't be there when they get back, as the camera moves around the car a reflector screen and a crew member can be seen reflected in the side window of the car.

Factual error: In the opening scene, when Carter is upset about the "1981 Cutlass Supreme" getting hit, the car shown (although briefly) is a 1980s model Monte Carlo. Notice the front end, longer hood, body lines, etc. The body style of an Olds Cutlass and Chevy Monte Carlo look similar, but they are in fact entirely different.
