Continuity: After Evans was shot near the end of the movie, Ben Wade jumped out of the train to look at him. If you look over Wade's shoulder, you will see that Nez (the Apache) had already arrived at his spot, and Campos (the Mexican sharpshooter) threw Wade's gun belt to Charlie Prince. After the movie cut a couple of times, Nez was shown walking up, throwing Wade's gun belt to Campos, who then threw it to Charlie Prince.

Quotes
Alice Evans: Ben Wade has a gang and they're out there tonight, somewhere.
Dan Evans: If I don't go, we gotta pack up and leave. Now I'm tired, Alice. I'm tired of watching my boys go hungry. I'm tired of the way that they look at me. I'm tired of the way that you don't.
3:10 to Yuma (2007) - 3 mistakes
starring Christian Bale, Peter Fonda, Russell Crowe (add more)
Factual error: Although the movie was set a few years after the Civil War, the train was equipped with modern automatic couplers.
Plot hole: In the bedroom scene before Dan Evans leaves his family, there are two petroleum lamps attached to the wall and lit up although there is still daylight. Given their financial distress, they would have never done anything like this. Moreover, the light is not flickering because the film crew used light bulbs.
