Continuity: When the camera zooms in on Dr. Grant helping Lex out of the crushed Explorer one of the hood level fog lights is missing (both should be missing considering the Rex stepped on the hood earlier), but they are both intact in the following scenes.

Continuity: When Jeff Goldblum is sitting in the back of the car by himself and notices that a T-Rex is coming towards him. The wide shot of him shows that the car he is in is near one of the cars for the tour. But when the T-Rex comes and they drive off, the car has been moved to an alternate route for the escape, and they are nowhere near the area they should be.

Revealing: In the scene where Grant and the children are up in the tree, as Tim is telling his jokes the camera pans out and we get a wider view. In this shot you can see that Grant's boots are spotlessly clean, which is highly unlikely given the muddy ground, wet environment and his activities over the past few hours.

Continuity: When Hammond watches the vehicles leaving the visitor center the first car is passed the main steps. In the next shot of the car, they are just moving past the steps.

Revealing: In the Badlands scene, when Dr. Grant enters the trailer there is a large overhead shade blocking out direct sunlight. On the inside light is streaming through the windows.

Audio problem: During lunch when Malcolm says 'And now you're selling,you wanna sell it' it quickly goes to Gennaro.In the this shot Malcolm's lips are moving when he's finished speaking.

Revealing: In the scene where Nedry is getting eaten by the spitter dinosaur, if you look down at the bottom of the Jeep, you can see the lights reflecting off of the camera lens.

Continuity: Near the beginning, when the helicopter lands on the island, the Jeeps are already waiting in position. In the next shot they reverse up to the helicopters again.

Continuity: During the close-up shots of Jophery being attacked by the velociraptor, he has been lifted high up but in an intermediate wide shot he can be seen back down on the floor.

Continuity: In the opening sequence, just after Jophery has been grabbed by the Velociraptor, he gets dragged up in the air. Muldoon reaches up for him then, in the next shot, he reaches up for him again.

Continuity: When Alan, Lexi and Tim are climbing the hill and you see them from behind, Tim is almost next to Alan. In the next shot, when you see them from the front, Tim is lagging behind the other two and has to catch up.

Continuity: When Dr. Grant is scaring the kid with his Raptor claw, the pouches on his belt holding his knife and things move around.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the cow is being lowered into the raptor cage, the camera shows the ferns and plants shaking. If you look closely, there is the back of a man in a white shirt shaking the plants.

Deliberate "mistake": At the end of the kitchen scene with the kids and the raptors, one of the raptors chases Tim as he runs to the door. As its doing this, Tim is running away with a bad limp, then as the raptor gains speed and is close behind, Tim's legs are perfectly fine as he sprints out the door and shuts it.

Revealing: When the Explorers are entering the park through the large wooden gate, during the overhead angle you can see that the perimeter fence isn't continuous.

Continuity: When the T-rex breaks out, on the first car, the one with the kids in it, only the regular headlights are on. When it goes over the "cliff" all the headlights are on.

Revealing: Near the beginning, at the "Montana Badlands" dig site of Drs Grant and Sattler, a large shrub identifiable in several shots is creosotebush, a warm-desert plant that doesn't grow anywhere near Montana. Could this be California?

Continuity: When the T-Rex first breaks out of her paddock, she walks between the two Explorers which look to be only a short distance apart- maybe one or two T-Rex-steps between them. But later when the T-Rex is by Grant's Explorer and walks to the one with the kids in it (when Grant is saying "Turn the light off") she has to take about five steps to get there.

Continuity: When Tim is up the fence Grant starts counting for him. When he starts to count, Lex and him are next to the fence. In the next shot, Lex and him are much further away from the fence.

Continuity: At the end of the scene with the sick Triceratops, just after Dr. Harding says, "I'm in a gas powered jeep", Dr. Malcolm's hands move from on his hips to on his chest, whilst Dr. Grant's hands move from behind his back to in front of him in the next shot. [These don't seem to be consecutive shots; Laura's hands are moved, Sam's hands are moved, Jeff's hands are moved and "Lexi" is in a completely different position.]
