The 3 Ninjas drive through Tokyo in a Limo. Colt pokes his head out of the sun roof and the other two boys join him. Colt is on the left. In the next shot, when the Japanese lady also joins them, Colt is on the right. [It's not the next shot, the next shot after the other boys join him is shots of Tokyo. Plenty of time for them to change places.]
