Norbit (2007) - 31 mistakes

Continuity: After Norbit crashes on his bike and causes the old men to laugh, he gets up and has multiple leaves in his afro. After two simultaneous takes, they disappear, with no explanation - or wind.

Continuity: Just before Rasputia chases Norbit out of the house, we see that his shirt is unbuttoned and untucked, yet in the next shot (where he is running past the mailman) his shirt is buttoned and tucked in. Two shots afterward, when he gets hit by the car, his shirt is unbuttoned and untucked like it was before.

Continuity: When running into the church, Rasputia's left foot goes onto the top step. The camera cuts and her right foot is first onto the top level.

Continuity: When hit on the head Norbit's arm goes from beside him to on his chest in an instant cut.

Continuity: When Norbit is yelling outside to Kate from the basement, you see him glance over at the potato on the fork that has acid poured on it. However you can see there's more left of the potato's face than what was melted off a few scenes earlier.

Continuity: The "evidence" Norbit has, changes colour and wetness in different consecutive shots.

Continuity: When getting stuck in the turn-style at the water part, Rasputia changes direct between camera cuts.

Revealing: When Norbit escapes, he would be severely cut by the glass if he escaped through that hole.

Continuity: Sticks disappear and reappear from Norbit's hair when being hit at the end of the film.

Revealing: When Rasputin goes through the wooden barrier at the water park it is a clear CGI.

Continuity: When Norbit falls off the bike both wheels are on the floor. But next shot one is in the air and spinning.

Continuity: After Kate has come down the slide she gets out and is completely dry (look for footprints)

Revealing: When Norbit falls off the bike and makes the men laugh a second time it is the same footage as the first time he done it.

Continuity: When Resputia is going down that slide it shows her a couple of times close up and she is on the part of the slide that is level for a long time even though that part of the slide is physicaly not that long. When they pan out she is just sliding off the tilted part and on to the level part and out of sync with the previous shot.

Revealing: The dance teacher leaves, he is naked. Yet when he is seen 2 seconds later he has managed to get boxers on.

Revealing: When Rasputia throws the old lady, when she is flying through the air it is a double.

Continuity: When Kate runs out the church she goes through a side door but you can just make out the street from where they came in.

Continuity: When Norbit is drinking the wine cooler it is full. When Rasputia shoves the speaker on him and he falls, it is empty and nothing comes out.

Continuity: When going down the big water slide, Kate's hair is wet. But when she stands up and is looking at Rasputia he hair is dry.

Continuity: When Kate and Rasputia are arguing at the water park. Kate's hands move between shots.
