Continuity: When Amanda gets shot and falls next to the cart you can see that there is no blood on the cart. The next time you see her there are blood splatters all over it. Every time you see the cart there is a different design of blood on it, and at least one time there is no blood to be seen.

Continuity: When Amanda says "I'm standing right here" her hair is hanging down, but brushed back from her right eye, in the previous and subsequent shots her hair is hanging down and covering her right eye. She was holding the gun in her right hand the whole time and all the cuts were instant, there was no time to move her hair.

Continuity: Amanda's holding the gun in her right hand in every scene when she's arguing with Jigsaw, except when she's saying "It's all BS," then the gun is in her left hand. It's back in her right hand then very next scene (all instant cuts, no time to switch hands).

Continuity: There is a smear of blood on Jeff's right temple that disappears in the shot right after he drops the saw blade. It reappears in the very next shot.

Continuity: In "The Rack" room you get a shot of the box holding the shotgun and the key. When first viewed from the back the keyfob and the key are directly parallel to the front and back of the box. The scene cuts back to the guy in the rack, then back to the box. Now the key and keyfob have moved and are almost vertical to the sides (the judge hadn't started to move it yet, there's nothing to explain how or why it would have moved).

Continuity: When Jeff flips over the 3rd card he is holding it with his left hand by the left edge of the card, but when the scene (instantly) cuts away to a view of in front of Jeff you can see the he's holding it by the bottom (look at the way the card it bent).

Continuity: When Amanda goes to take off Adam's boots (in the flashback) his feet are spread a good 2, 2 and a half feet apart, yet when she goes for his right boot his feet are all of a sudden less than a foot apart.

Continuity: The red "blood" marks on Jigsaw's left hand change several times (smaller, larger, smaller, larger again) during the bathroom flashback.

Continuity: In the "pig" room the string around the tape player suddenly disappears in the middle of the tape message. Jeff's right hand never changes position and the string was tied around the middle of the player, he would have had to move his hand to get it off.

Continuity: When Jeff finds the second box (after the freezer room) he takes the card and flips it over to see the picture on the back. In the closeup his thumbs are on the bottom corners, but then the shot cuts away to a view from his left and you can see that his left thumb is at the top left corner and his right thumb is as least halfway up the card (instant cut, no time to move his hands).

Continuity: During the scene when Lynn is telling Amanda that Jigsaw needs to have an operation Lynn is talking to Amanda with her body slanted forward and her head and chin up (in a "you're stupid, this is what we need" type of pose), but in all of the over-Lynn's-shoulder shots her head is tilted down to look at Amanda.

Continuity: The boards all break when Jeff falls out of the box and one of them lands between his arm and his side. Jeff passes out and we see his flashback. Jeff comes to, and now the board is lying across his chest.

Continuity: When Jeff comes in to his daughter's room the blanket that she has around her chin changes position from shot to shot. It goes from right next to her chin, the a few inches below it, all the way down to spread out on her bed. She doesn't change position in any of the shots, so she couldn't have pulled it off herself.

Continuity: In the first shot of Kerry watching the Jigsaw tape you can see 2 folders to her left. She fast forwards the tape a bit, the shot cuts back to her, and one folder is inside of the other. Also, all the pictures spread out in front of her change positions and placement drastically.

Continuity: When Kerry is explaining how the Tony case doesn't match up she puts her hands in her pockets and leans up against the wall. The shot cuts to a view of Rigg and the detective and she's still leaning against the wall, the cuts back to her and she's standing up straight again (instant cuts, no time to move).

Continuity: There is a shot when Tony (chained man) is listening to Jigsaw's message where blood drops out of his mouth and runs down his chin, but in the next close-up of Tony you can see that most of the blood has mysteriously disappeared (he still has blood on his chin, but it looks the same way that it did BEFORE he drooled blood all over the place).

Continuity: When Kerry reaches up the second time to try and get the key you can see the acid burns (a few, but not a whole lot of blood) on her hand. There is a quick cut where her hand is poised over the jar of acid and her hand has suddenly become almost entirely red and bloody.

Deliberate "mistake": The scenes where the left, then the right foot is being twisted are the same shot, just flipped. You can tell because the blood on the foot and the blood on the machine are in the exact same locations in both shots.

Continuity: The blood smear on Lynn's cheek changes size and shaper during the scenes when Jigsaw is hallucinating and tells her that he loves her.

Continuity: Amanda freaks out and pins Lynn to the wall after Lynn says "He doesn't even know you're there". Amanda's hand is around Lynn's neck, choking her. The screen cuts to Jigsaw very briefly (all he says is, "AMANDA!"), then back to Amanda, now Amanda's hand has moved up to being on Lynn's chin. Not only would moving her hand from Lynn's neck to her chin not serve any purpose, but the screen cuts happened too fast to allow for the hand movement.
