Continuity: After examining Jigsaw, Lynn tells Amanda that he needs to go to a hospital. Amanda grabs Lynn's hair and pulls Lynn towards her to yell at her. In the shots of Amanda's face you can see that their foreheads are touching, but in the shots of Lynn's face their temples are the only thing that is touching.

Continuity: When Jigsaw is in the process of passing out (after surgery) Lynn's hands move off the bed, back on, then off again, then back on (it wasn't just her moving them naturally, they were in the EXACT same positions each time they were back on the bed).

Continuity: Kerry wipes off the steamed up mirror and sees Eric in the reflection, she gasps and turns around. She looks back at the mirror and you can see that the hand wipe marks where she wiped the steam off are completely different.

Continuity: When Kerry's watching the jigsaw tape there is a box behind her. In one shot the lid is half on, in the next shot (and all other shots) the lid is nowhere to be seen.

Revealing: After Tony rips his right hand from the chain you can see that the wound doesn't go all the way down to between his fingers, it stop about 1/2 an inch from the webbing of the fingers. The only way to get the chain out oh his hand was to completely rip it out between his fingers, the wound should have gone all the way out. (somewhat difficult to see, but just look carefully [slow-mo helps, but it NOT required to see this mistake]).

Continuity: When Jigsaw is coughing up blood, the blood in the mask disappears between shots.

Continuity: When Lynn is preparing for John's surgery, her hair goes from being tied back, to being out, to being tied back again.

Continuity: When Lynn cuts open Jigsaws head, she clips off some veins with clamps and lets one fall in front of his face. A scene change to the front of his head shows no such clamp lying across his face.

Continuity: When Amanda takes some items out of her box, she lays a red cloth on the bed and then places some items on it. She places a razor blade down on the cloth and there is a large crease underneath the blade. Cut to another shot and the cloth is completely smooth; no crease.

Visible crew/equipment: After the brain surgery scene, we see a shot of Jeff and Judge Halden walking down a dark hallway. Jeff walks through some flaps, then following Judge Halden. Right before Halden goes through the plastic flaps, the shadow of the boom mike is cast on his back.

Continuity: The acid is completely red after the woman puts in her hand. The acid jar is then completely clear throughout the rest of the scene.

Revealing: Look at Matthews' toes as soon as he's done breaking his ankle, it's obvious that it's a fake foot. If you shine a flashlight through your toes, or fingers, it will shine most brightly through the edges of them because in the middle there's a bone to block the passage of light. The light shines right through Matthews' toes, and it's a solid color, obvious that there's nothing inside to block the passage of light. While he did break several bones in his foot to escape, it is unlikely that he took time to break his toes as there is no reason to, the shackle will slide off unbroken toes as well as broken ones. Also, even if he did break his toes, the broken pieces would still be in his foot and still block the light. It's a fake foot.

Continuity: Matthews is in the bathroom and gets the saw, he shines the light over and sees the severed foot on the other side of the room. He shines the light down to his foot, then he holds the flashlight in his mouth while he yanks his sock off. The next shot (which is a direct cut, you can tell by his sobs) has the flashlight suddenly on the floor and already pointing at his foot while he's stuffing the sock in his mouth to muffle his screams.

Continuity: Watch the light when Matthews is breaking the bone so that he can slide his foot out of the lock (right after he's done smashing it with the lid). The flashlight is suppose to be on the floor next to the foot (it was in the previous shot) but the light source is moving all around as he places his hands on his foot and then breaks it. It's very noticeable as soon as the break happens, the light source moves down and to the left of the screen. The flashlight is back on the ground, next to the foot, in the very next shot.

Continuity: When Lynn is opening Jon's skull, the amount of blood in the cavity changes drastically between shots. The cavity goes from full to nearly completely devoid of blood with no evidence that Lynn had washed it out.

Revealing: Notice that throughout the movie the primers (little 'buttons' on the tips of the shotgun shells) on Lynn's neck trap have all been expended. In a sense, none of the shells have the capacity to be fired.

Continuity: The guy that is in chains stands up, looks around and takes in what he sees. There's a shot of him from the front and his hands are semi-clenched in FRONT of him, around waist level. The shot cuts to behind him and his hands are a good 4 or 5 inches OUTSIDE of his hips.

Continuity: When Amanda is dying in the end, the amount of blood on her mouth and coming out of her mouth changes between shots. More than once the trickling blood disappears then comes out again.

Continuity: As Jigsaw is dying his bed is mostly reclined and his head is lying flat, but when you see the last shot of him you can see that the head of his bed is more elevated and he's slumped.

Continuity: When Amanda gets shot and falls next to the cart you can see that there is no blood on the cart. The next time you see her there are blood splatters all over it. Every time you see the cart there is a different design of blood on it, and at least one time there is no blood to be seen.
