Corrected entry: All the bulls have udders. A physical trait reserved for cows. Even the baby 'boy' emerges with an udder.

Correction: It's a joke.

Correction: One of the definitions of a cow is a domesticated bovine of either sex or any age. Which would apply in this case.

Question: Were the writers/directors ignorant to cow/bull terminology and anatomy? Even if one agrees that "cow" can be used to refer to either sex, the male "cows" in this movie should not have utters.
