After a scene with Columbo in Viveca Scott's office she takes off her glove and scratches her hand. She then goes to the safe where she keeps a jar of the special lotion that removes wrinkles and turns the dial on the combination lock; only the safe is already open (probably due to a previous take) and the safe door bounces each time she turns the knob on the lock.
