Hercules (1997) - 105 mistakes
These mistakes are currently being ordered by time. Entries without times will appear at the end.

Continuity: When Hercules comes to the underworld, he sees Meg floating in the river next to a lot of other souls. Then as Hercules reaches down to get her, hardly any souls are floating next to her.
Continuity: During Hades' meeting with the Fates, he walks to a table to explain his plan. Between shots the things on the table change.
Continuity: When Phil falls off Pegasus, he hits a pillar and gets knocked out. A few minutes later, after recovering, his position is different and the pillar is gone.
Deliberate "mistake": In Thebes, Phil beats up the guy and he gets a black eye, but seconds later the black eye is gone.
Continuity: When Hercules opens the case, all that falls out are two pots, two bowling pins, a helmet, a sword, and two pairs of armor. A purple cape, two shields, many other pots, a sandal, a trophy, and a white ball with a blue stripe are among many of the additional items that appear out of thin air in the very next shot.
Continuity: As the Fates cut their first victim's string of life, between shots they move further away from the nearby window.
Continuity: In the shot of the gods after Hades makes his joke about moussaka, Dionyssus is close to Aphrodite and Athena's owl is on her left hand. Then as Hades asks "Is this an audience or a mosaic?", Aphrodite is further from Dionyssus, and Athena's owl is on her right hand.
Continuity: When the gods are walking down Mt. Olympus in chains, Hephaestus is in front of Aphrodite. But after Hercules cuts the chains with his sword and frees the gods, Hermes is in front of Aphrodite, and Hephaestus is nowhere to be seen.
Continuity: When Hercules is on his knees in the temple of Zeus, in some shots he is on bare stone, but in other shots he is on the ceramic design.
Continuity: Panic pulls open the tab on a soda can, but the can opens on the wrong side from the tab.
Continuity: After the frisbee is taken away from Hercule's, he sadly sits down on the edge of the fountain. Between shots the rocks and things on the ground distinctively change.
Continuity: When Hercules collapses after his battle with the hydra, the position of his arms changes between shots.
Continuity: Hercules meets Phil. Phil walks away & enters his tree. Hercules grabs the door & yanks it off it's hinges. You can see there's a hinge on the door & another was left in the doorway's frame. Phil is hanging onto the door handle as Herc holds it up. After Phil lets go of the door, the door has both hinges.
Continuity: At night-time, Phil is standing on Pegasus' head in front of a "head-light". The head-light disappears from Pegasus' head after the above shot.
Continuity: After the cyclops has beaten Hercules up, Phil arrives to talk some sense into him and drops his handkerchief on the ground. Then when the cyclops picks Hercules up, the handkerchief is gone.
Continuity: After Hercules slices off the hydra's head a lot of green goop comes out of its neck and forms a large puddle. A few seconds later, as the hydra suddenly sprouts three more heads, the puddle of goop is much smaller.
Continuity: When the girls are mobbing Hercules, Phil's flute magically appears around his neck.
Continuity: When Hercules' sword gets stuck in the stone during his battle with the hydra, the angle of the sword varies between shots.
Continuity: After Hercules makes the village fall down the potmaker smashes a pot in front of Hercules. A few moments later in an overhead shot the smashed pot is gone.
