Continuity: When Eddie jumps off from the hanging cab he has black tentacles on his face. When he flies down to attack Spidey, the tentacles disappear from his CGI face, only to grow back in the real face shots.

Directed by Sam Raimi, starring Bryce Dallas Howard, Elizabeth Banks, James Cromwell, James Franco, Kirsten Dunst, Rosemary Harris, Tobey Maguire, Topher Grace (add more)
Continuity: When Peter and MJ are on the web, after he says "I always loved you" she smiles and shows a thick and long strand of hair along her forehead. Half a second later the face is spotless.
Continuity: In the scene where Spider-Man is being given the key to the city, the view as the camera sweeps the band, it shows a full row of members on the top left, but when you see the band from the park angle (during MJ's conversation), there are less band members.
Continuity: At the end of the movie MJ is holding onto Harry's hand with both of her hands. There's a quick cut back to a view from farther away. Peter and Harry are in the same positions, but one of MJ's hands has instantly moved down around Harry's chest.
Continuity: When the two models stare at the steel beam, there's an employee sitting next to the model with the green shirt. In the wide angle he dissapears. If he had run away he would've been seen because he was standing very close to her.
Continuity: When the cop is about to stab the shovel on the sand, the front shot shows a huge jet of sand rising. In the following back shot, for half a second we can see that the cop is standing there and the sand has not risen yet.
Continuity: When Harry's laying on the alley, his legs swap from bent to straight between shots.
Continuity: When Spidey makes Venom explode and watches the metal bars around melted, the one in front is really twisted. Couple seconds later, from another angle, the bar is just sightly bent.
Continuity: JK's cigar when shouting at his secretary disappears from his hand.
Continuity: Inside JK's office, from the back shot the glass of water disappears and the empty mug gets filled with pencils.
Revealing: When Spidey is placing the tubes around Venom, his face is obvious CGI except for some shots of him shouting. Here, a real face (twice as big as it should) has been pasted on the CGI body, looking quite ridiculous.
Continuity: During the fight between Harry and Peter at Harry's mansion, just after Peter kicks Harry through the glass window to outside, if you watch closely there is nothing on his right shoulder, then in the following shot a piece of glass appears on his shoulder.
Continuity: During the very last fight, the bruise on Peter's right cheek keeps increasing and decreasing its redness.
Continuity: The news reporter is looking upwards and has no camera in front (if she did, a big beam of light would've been on her face). However, when half a second later the angle changes to the news host, the woman is looking down with a camera focusing directly at her.
Continuity: When Venom blows the cab's roof, there's a back shot of the cab from above and MJ is nowhere to be seen. The shot is clear and long enough to show the back seats. Furthermore, MJ is wearing a white shirt and, since it's night time, there's enough contrast to show that she is not crouching, nor hiding, but is simply missing from the CGI shot.
Continuity: When Peter goes to Harry's house to fight him, between shots, Peter's hair moves from over his eyes to the side.
Continuity: When Peter's looking at himself in the mirror in his apartment after yelling at the landlord, his hair's down in the first shot we see of him, but swept to one side when we see the reflection.
Revealing: In the shot just after Green Goblin is done dispersing both the super villains and offers his hand to help Spider-Man up, watch Green Goblin's face closely when he is first shown from a distance, when his face mask has just rolled up. The right side of his face, which is supposedly disfigured (due to his earlier fight with Peter in his flat), looks normal and smooth. Then in the following shot (after the camera goes back on to Green Goblin from Spider-Man lying down looking at him) when the camera shows Green Goblin from close (while Spider-Man slowly gets up at the forefront), his face is shown disfigured again.
Continuity: When Sandman reaches for the silver locket, the shadow keeps changing between shots.
Continuity: In the scene where there is a crane accident and they can't shut down the power, the police chief arrives on the scene, watch closely behind him, the police car that pulls up has its back window down, we can see this because a cop has his hand on the doorframe, yet in the following shot the window is up.
