Continuity: In the scene where Brock is in Jameson's office showing him the picture of Spider-Man, Peter walks in and hands Jameson a picture, in this shot we can see Brock looking at the picture of what Peter took, and in the following shot Brock is looking directly at Peter asking him "how did he get that high".
Continuity: When Venom explodes, from the front shots Peter covers his eyes and nose. From the back he appears covering his mouth and nose instead.
Continuity: When the symbiote is trapped around the metal bars, its wild movement produces air that moves Peter's hair. However, in a couple of shots his hair is still, turning stirred a frame later from a new angle.
Revealing: During the hanging cab scene, while Spidey and Venom are falling, it's easily noticeable that Peter's face's been badly pasted on a CGI body. Furthermore, in some shots his real face has been replaced by a bad CGI animation.
Continuity: During the crane scene, when the Captain arrives at the destroyed building, a van stops behind his patrol car but, in the immediate shots of the place, it disappears.
Continuity: In the scene where Brock and Peter are in Jameson's office and Brock is talking about how he wants a staff job working for Jameson, Jameson waves his secretary out of his office. He starts smoking his cigar in his left hand, yet in the following shot he is now smoking his cigar in his right hand.
Continuity: When the cop is walking on top of the truck, we can briefly see that the tarp is covering part of the back right side of the truck. In the next angle it's only covering the front right side.
Continuity: When Mary Jane reads the critics reviews, the back shot shows her holding the paper from the bottom. The front shots shows her fingers on the middle top part.
Continuity: When the office floor collapses, Gwen and a girl in green are struggling not to fall down. In a close-up, one second later, the girl is replaced by a chair. She can be seen several meters away, next to a guy who magically appeared on scene.
Continuity: When the crane strikes for the second time, the wide angle shows the photographer on the floor. Half a second later he is standing tall.
Continuity: When MJ gives Peter the final hug, her left hand is around his nape. Cut to a back angle and the hand is away and starting to move to the nape.
Revealing: When Harry and Spidey fly to save MJ from Venom, Harry's face gets replaced by a (very) obvious CGI.
Continuity: During the hanging cab scene, when Venom ties Spidey to a web. A shot shows his back naked. However, when Spidey kills the symbiote, Eddie is wearing a t-shirt.
Continuity: After the armoured truck scene, Spiderman arrives at a roof top, sits down and is about to take his mask off, which is tight around the neck. When the angle changes, before the hand grabs the hood, it already appears loose around the neck.
Revealing: Despite the fact that the earlier movies establish that Peter's spider powers give him perfect vision, in numerous scenes throughout this movie (nearly every close up) Tobey Maguire's contact lenses are easily visible.
Continuity: In the scene that Harry yells to Bernard (his butler) to get food because they are having a guest, the first shot of Bernard shows a small table with a vase of white flowers on it. In subsequent shots of the butler within this scene, the flowers are no longer on the table.
Continuity: When Spiderman lands Gwen and leaves, from the back shots her hair stirs violently because of the wind. From the front, it is nicely combed and the wind is not as strong.
Continuity: Close to the middle of the film when Harry returns to his mansion with Peter, the butler hugs him on his left shoulder yet when the shot changes he's hugged him on his right, this is so you can see Harry's (James Franco) face not the butler's.
Continuity: When the office floor is collapsing, a wide angle shows all the of the furniture sliding down, except for a desk on the left. Seconds later, while Gwen is hanging by her fingers, dozens of chairs and desks keep appearing from nowhere, including the one that throws her away.
