Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie (1997) - 35 mistakes

Continuity: At the beginning, when Divatox's minions are tracking down Lerigot, one of the minions places and arrow in a bow. In this shot, the trigger on the bow is pulled all the way back. But in the next shot of the minion going to pull the trigger, it is now pulled to the centre so that he can pull it back again.

Continuity: When Divatox's minions are chasing after Lerigot, in one shot they stop in a clearing, and one of them yells "there's no escape Lerigot!" In this shot the minions are in complete sunshine. In the very next shot they are in complete shade.

Continuity: When Divatox's minions are closing in to capture Lerigot, he starts backing away from them in a closeup, and he is backing up right beside some shrubbery and trees. In the next shot he has suddenly jumped to a clearing, and there are no trees or bushes beside him at all.

Continuity: When we first see the "Little Haven Bus" sailing down the road, there is a frontal shot of the bus and you can see right through it and nobody is visible. However in the next shot inside the bus, Kat is standing up right at the front of the bus.

Continuity: In the first shot of the "Little Haven Bus" driving down the road, it is on a single lane road, with trees on the pavement as it passes. In the next frontal shot of the bus, the road it is on is different, with an extra lane and no trees on the pavements either.

Continuity: When Kat leans down to speak to Justin on the bus about not joining in with the singing, in the shot from behind her hair is dangling down freely. In the next frontal shot her hair is curling back and is now resting on her shoulder.

Continuity: When Rocky is in the boxing ring and he does a flying kick which causes him to fly out of the ring and damage his back, watch Adam (who is behind him) in this scene. The white towel on Adam's left shoulder jumps to his right shoulder, and then back again, between shots.

Continuity: When Divatox is shouting at Elgar because his Boltmen minions failed to capture Lerigot for her, as she is shouting at him in one shot the Boltmen make a saluting gesture across their chests. In the next shot their arms are suddenly down and their positions have changed.

Continuity: When Lerigot is shown landing on Earth, we see his glowing trail land in Africa and when he lands we see a giant fiery explosion occur upon impact of his landing. But in the next shot we see that he has landed in a birds-nest in a very tall tree, and there is no damage and the tree is completely unscathed even though Lerigot's landing resulted in a huge fireball.

Continuity: After landing in Africa, Lerigot falls out of the birds-nest that he ended up in. When he hits the ground (and then again when he finds the lion), he has leaves all over his front and back. However the amount of leaves on his clothes keeps differing instantly between shots. Also, his hair becomes very messy when he finds the lion and falls backwards, but as the shot changes his hair becomes instantly neat again.

Continuity: When Justin sneaks into Rocky's hospital room, note the items on the two bedside tables either side of the hospital bed. During consecutive shots, the items on them (lamp, telephone, wires, jar, etc.) continue to change position, and some also disappear, for example the wire.

Audio problem: When Divatox is talking to Elgar, he suggests that they go back to looting and pillaging and Divatox exclaims "Never! Lerigot holds the only key to free Maligore!" However her mouth is clearly out of sync with the dialogue.

Continuity: When Bulkmeier and Skullovitch are talking to their chief at the baseball game, Skull is sidetracked with his hotdog (and putting mustard on it) for the entire scene. However the actual sausage in the hotdog bun repeatedly disappears then reappears throughout.

Continuity: When Kat becomes tired in the African jungle she sits down on a large rock for rest. In this shot there are no or branches behind her. But in the next aerial shot there is suddenly a large leafy branch laying across her powerpack/shoulders, which was not there before.

Continuity: When Kat falls from the cliff and grabs onto the branch, her right wrist is completely bare. Seconds later her morphing bracelet appears on her wrist from nowhere. In addition as she falls from the branch, the continuity of the bracelets (dis)appearing from her wrists is awful.

Continuity: After Tommy reaches Kat in the river rapids, he releases a yellow life-vest from her powerpack and puts it on her. When she and Tommy reach the shore, as they sit down the angle changes and instantly the yellow life-vest vanishes between the shots.

Continuity: When Divatox orders Elgar to throw her two captured humans (Jason and Kimberly) into the bilge, she raises her left arm up in the air in this wideshot. In the immediate closeup it is now her right arm which is lifted upwards.

Continuity: When Jason and Kimberly are trapped in the bilge and the water is rising, they are banging against the circular hatch in panic. Between four consecutive shots Kimberly's right arm is either leaning up against the hatch, by her head - or it is down by her side.

Continuity: On the Ghost Galleon, the Rangers are standing out on the deck, when suddenly the ship suffers attack. Tommy cries "hit the deck!" and they all kneel down to the floor. After this, between shots Tommy's position behind Justin keeps changing, as does the position of his hands on Justin.

Continuity: When Jason and Kimberly have the hatch in the bilge open and are about to swim through, Kimberly's pink top becomes stuck on the bolt on the door. In order to help her, Jason then begins to put his arms around her waist. In the next shot his arms are down beside her, trying to unpin the top.
