Continuity: When Adam switches on the monitor to view Hector trapped in the lab, Hector is seen ripping a piece of the door off. Adam then asks Benson about emergency procedure. When the shot cuts back to the monitor, Hector is ripping the same piece off the door again; it's the same footage. Also, when the three humans force their way into the lab afterwards, the damage done to the door is not the same as they viewed on the monitor.

Audio problem: When Benson is dismantling Hector and putting his brain in the container, he says 'What you can't stand, you run from,' but his lips don't match what he says.
Deliberate "mistake": When Adam kills himself and Hector at the end, the explosion sends a lot of water and parts of Hector into the air. But there is no sign of Adam's blood, body parts or clothing, despite the fact that the bomb was strapped to him.
Visible crew/equipment: Very visible wires that lift Captain James off the floor when Benson murders him.
Continuity: Benson strikes Adam on the head with a lamp. It leaves a bloody gash that comes and goes during the ensuing chase scene.
