Continuity: When the killer (Jigsaw I suppose) is releasing Tom's children from being hung by their hands, right when they get down the rope holding them up disappears.

Continuity: When Jigsaw comes in on his tricycle for the first time, his handle bars are straight, but when Zoltar enters, his handlebars are curved.
Continuity: When CJ is cooking beans, it fades out showing the tent, and in the background you can see a brown horse. When it cuts to Mahalik opening the tent it is a white horse instead.
Continuity: In class when the agent tells the President the aliens are attacking and the President responds "You mean, right now all of these children's parents could be dead?", there are some items on the table next to the President. When it cuts the items has changed position.
Continuity: When Cindy and Brenda are in the car approaching "The Village", Cindy pours coffee on her head to stay awake. In the next shot of her, the coffee is gone, her head is dry.
Continuity: When Shaq throws the toilet at Dr. Phil, the toilet leaves a great white mark on the pole behind Dr. Phil. In the following shots the mark is gone.
Continuity: When Tom is at the bar discussing with Mahalik and CJ, the levels of CJ's beer glass differ between the shots.
Continuity: In the shots when the Saw Villain is speaking to Shaq and Dr.Phil, we can see the two toilets right next to Shaq. Throughout the entire speach the toilet on the left has its lid down and the one on the right has its lid up. When Shaq shouts "Oh my God, how are we gonna get outta here", the toilet on the left has its lid up, and the one on the right has its lid down.
Continuity: When it cuts to class when the kid is telling the story about the duck, we see the President sitting beside a table. On the table we can see his glasses and a plate. When it cuts a book has suddenly appeared.
Continuity: When Shaq picks up the big piece of concrete he holds it in different ways between shots.
Revealing: When Cindy hugs Tom (Charlie Sheen) and the razor blade gets stuck to his chest, the patch the blade is attached to under his shirt is visible.
Revealing: When Tom leaves the crane and his boss follows him, as they walk you can see the tracks from the trolley the camera is on on the ground.
Factual error: Cindy and Brenda watches the news camera footage of Detroit before and after the tripod attack. But the city shown is actually San Diego.
Continuity: When Tom is holding around the wrong children (the Chinese ones), his hands are on their shoulders. When it cuts his hands has moved down on their arms.
Continuity: When Tom's boss is ranting about him, when he says, "You need a break," the crate behind him is all orange. In the next shot it's got a logo or something.
Continuity: When Tom (Charlie Sheen) is about to pick up the picture, you can see that the person on the right on the picture is on the far right of the frame. When it cuts to a close-up of the picture the person on the right has moved to the middle of the picture. In fact it's basically a different picture.
Continuity: After Shaq bangs his head twice he takes a step forward placing his foot beside some pieces of concrete. When it cuts, the concrete is gone.
Continuity: During the Village parody scene with the man with the knife in his heart, Cindy leans over and talks to him and winds up pushing the knife completely into his chest by leaning on him so that no metal part is visible. In the next shot, the knife is back as in its original position.
Continuity: As Tom (Sheen) walks out on the porch you can see a vase with some sticks in it in the background. The sticks' positions differ between the shots.
Continuity: When we see Tom inside the crane, the two white handles change position between several of the shots.
Continuity: When Tom (Charlie Sheen) eats Viagra and his "thing" grows, you can see that the table to the right doesn't have any pillbox on it. Two shots later a pillbox is on it.
Continuity: When the President is at the UN and he puts the glass of water down on the red button after he takes a drink the glass is nearly empty, but when he places it on the button it is half full.
Continuity: When Tom and the kids are in the minivan and Marvin is trying to get in, the door lock changes from shot to shot, even when none of them touch the door handle or unlock button.
Continuity: The petroleum-jelly the guy rubs on his nipple during the "Brokeback Mountain" scene disappears after the next shot.
Continuity: When Cindy hugs Tom (Sheen), her right hand is placed behind Tom's shoulder. When it cuts her arm is on his shoulder.
Continuity: When Shaq throws the piece of concrete hitting the steel pipe, you can see the the pipe has a perfect shape on its edge. When it hits Dr. Phil on his head the edge of the pipe is broken.
Continuity: In the village when one of the "monsters" sneeze and the other one gives him a tissue, it cuts to Cindy and Brenda gasping. The "monsters" then turn around and the one with the tissue has its mask hanging outside of his cape. When it cuts the cape is covering the whole mask again.
Continuity: When Mahalik smells at CJ saying "Black cod", the thread from CJ's cap is hanging over his left shoulder. When it cuts it's behind his shoulder.
Continuity: During the classroom scene, the position of the President's head changes between shots. For example, he is looking at the class, then his assistant, then the class again between shots.
Continuity: When Tom grabs the gun from his box we never see him closing the box. Yet in the next shot as he shoots himself the box is closed.
Visible crew/equipment: When Tom Ryan is racing home to meet Robbie and Rachel, as he gets into his driveway he opens his door and you can see the camera reflected in the rear view mirror for a split second.
Revealing: When the little boy is killed at the boxing match in the flashback, you can tell the Don King-looking-guy is falling onto a dummy, and not the real boy.
Revealing: When Cindy pulls Mrs. Norris and place her hair in front of the fan, hair can be seen flying in the air before Norris' hair gets in the fan.
Continuity: After Tom (Charlie Sheen) falls over the railing, you get an overview shot where you see his arms stretched out on the pavement. When it cuts, his arms are pulled in under him.
