For a woman who can't afford a $350,000 operation, she seems to have no trouble affording a first-class ticket across the ocean, having a helicopter ride her to her hotel, stay in a $3,000 a night hotel room, order everything on the menu every night, get snowboarding lessons, etc, etc. [When she found out that she was going to die soon, she withdrew all the money she had and spent it on those things. She decided to have fun before she died instead of having an operation.]
