Continuity: When Dr. Sam Foster visits Dr. Ren at the mental institution for advise about his suicide patient, Dr. Ren has a big round patch of beard on his chin. When they both go outside, suddenly Dr. Ren's beard is much smaller and just located under his chin.
Continuity: In the end of the movie, they show Henry being put into the ambulance on the stretcher. The next shot is of Sam and Naomi Watts's character and then another shot of the ambulance, where Henry's body on the stretcher is outside the ambulance again.
Continuity: In the chess room Henry knocks over the table while he is arguing with Sam (after Leon leaves), in the very next shot the table is back standing up with the chess board and pieces still on it.
