When Jack, Will and Norrington fight for the key, Elizabeth tries to stop them by "fainting". After she gets up after her plan has failed, Pintel and Ragetti are seen running past Elizabeth in the background with the chest. In the next shot, they run past Elizabeth again. See more...
In the first visit to Tia Dalma's House, there are references to Barbossa showing up for the ending. While Will is talking, you can see Jack Sparrow pick up and look at Barbossa's hat. When the monkey jumps from its cage, you can see him run into the other room and jump on a pair of boots in bed, which belong to Barbossa as well we later see. See more...

Lord Beckett: I'm afraid currency is the currency of the realm.
Elizabeth Swann: Then I expect we can come to some sort of understanding.
Beckett: I'm listening. [Elizabeth points a gun at him] I'm listening...intently.
Will Turner: [Looking at the picture of the key] This is going to save Elizabeth?
Jack Sparrow: How much do you know about Davy Jones?
Will: Not much.
Jack: Yeah. It'll save Elizabeth.
Elizabeth: There will come a moment when you have the chance to do the right thing.
Jack: I love those moments. I like to wave at them as they pass by.
Jack Sparrow: How'd you get here?
Will Turner: Sea turtles, mate - a pair of them strapped to my ankles.
Jack Sparrow: Not so easy, is it?
Tia Dalma: You know I demand payment.
Jack Sparrow: I brought payment. Look, an undead monkey! Top that.
Norrington: You actually were telling the truth.
Jack Sparrow: I do that quite a lot, yet everyone is always suprised.
Pintel: You know you can't read.
Ragetti: It's the Bible, you get points for trying!
Jack Sparrow: You smell funny.
Jack Sparrow: Elizabeth, these clothes really don't suit you. It's either a dress or nothing. And I just so happen to have nothing inside my cabin.
Jack Sparrow: Hey Squidhead! I've got a jar of dirt! I've got a jar of dirt! Guess what's inside of it?!
Jack Sparrow: Elizabeth! [Turns around to face Gibbs] Hide the rum.
Jack Sparrow: Come to join my crew, lad? Well, welcome aboard!
Elizabeth Swann: I've come to find the man I love!
Jack: I'm deeply flattered, son, but my first and only love is the sea.
Elizabeth: Meaning William Turner, Captain Sparrow.
Jack: Elizabeth? You know, those clothes do NOT flatter you at all!
Elizabeth: Jack, I know Will set out to find you. Where is he?
Jack: Darling, I am truly unhappy to have to tell you this, but through an unfortunate and entirely unforseeable series of circumstances that have nothing whatsoever to do with me...poor Will was press-ganged into Davy Jones's crew.
Gibbs: So we're setting out to find whatever this key unlocks!
Jack Sparrow: No. If we don't have a key, we can't open whatever it unlocks, so what purpose would be served in finding whatever needs to be unlocked without first having found the key that unlocks it?
Gibbs: So, we're going to find this key?
Jack Sparrow: What good is a key if we have nothing for the key to unlock? Please try to keep up!
Pintel: What's made this go all screwy?
Ragetti: Well, each man wants the chest for himself. Norrington, I think, is trying to regain a bit of honor; Captain Sparrow's trying to save his own skin; and Turner's trying to settle something twixt him and his twice-cursed pirate father.
Pintel: That chest must be worth a pretty penny.
Ragetti: Oh, it's a terrible temptation.
Pintel: If we was any kind of decent...we'd remove temptation from their path.
Elizabeth Swann: [After cuffing Captain Jack to the mast] It's after you, not the ship. It's not us. I mean, this is the only way, don't you see? I'm not sorry.
Jack Sparrow: Pirate.
Tia Dalma: But if you are to brave the weird and haunted shores at World's End then you will need a Captain who knows those waters.
Barbossa: So tell me, what's become of my ship?
Gibbs: Make ready to sail, boys!
Will: What about Jack? I won't leave without him. [Jack appears being chased by an army of cannibals.] Time to go.
Will: What baffles all men?
Tia Dalma: What indeed?
Gibbs: The sea?
Ragetti: The dichotomy of good and evil?
Norrington: So am I worthy to sail under Captain Jack Sparrow? [Points gun at Jack] Or should I just kill you now?
Jack Sparrow: You're hired.
