Go to deleted scenes and then scroll to main menu. When there press the right button on controller to see a lightning bolt symbol highlighted. press it for an extra scene.

When on the main menu, if you click down after the the 'Trailers' button a button will appear on the top left corner of the screen next to the 'Main Menu' Title. It is the credits to the makers of the DVD.
